- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Bad Experience
Dr Keen wa scheduled to do my surgery, she canceled mere hours before. So disappointed after hearing so many good things. Disappointed in her, and her team. It takes time, money and energy to plan a surgery, and to cancel it hours before, words can't describe my disappoint.
