685cc BOOST - post op

A little late, but officially cleared to do full exercise and lifting over 20lbs now.

- finally able to work out for the past two weeks and slowly getting my body back to normal movements
- I full range of motions now lifting my arms up and the sides
- scarring is minimal now it the help of silicone gel and scar tape
-they are finally getting squishy!

Dr. Revis gave the OK to start doing a massage to help them drop, so far so good! Loving my results.
