I am a wife and a mother. Since having my 2 breastfed boys, ages 2 and 7, my breasts have sunken into just deflated, extra skin. I want to feel confident and sexy in front of my husband! The goal is perky boobs that err on the side of "a little augmented". I want them to have great shape and great cleavage, which I've never had naturally! No bras necessary! I'm 5'3", 125lbs, 11.5 width.

3D Simulation

I have my final consult on Wednesday, yay! I’m praying that this surgeon can give me more black and white answers. I’m so ready to choose a surgeon and schedule my surgery date! I am currently obsessing over ccs and profiles which just leaves me not knowing what will look best. I’m a very visual person so the 3D simulation was helpful but I was told that it appears smaller and doesn’t show true upper pole fullness. Man, all this new terminology is a lot! I am leaning more towards HP 415 at this point because I do want to fill my breasts out while keeping side boob to a minimum. The next update I’ll have a date set, I cannot wait!

Surgery scheduled!

I finally decided on a surgeon here in San Diego and I have my surgery date! February 26th!!! That’s less than a month away. I am using this time to release control and work on trusting that I’ve chosen the perfect surgeon for what I’m hoping to achieve. He has told me that we will be doing a periareolar mastopexy, also known as “donut lift”, and using Galaflex mesh for added support. Many have told me that the Galaflex is really only used for revisions, however, I trust this surgeon and his reasons behind what he deems necessary. He is not having me try sizers because he doesn’t feel it shows a true representation rather, I am sharing a million “wish pics”. He simply reassures me that he knows what is best and will try to give me as close to my wish pics as possible. I am taking a step back from all the researching, browsing, and groups because my decision has already been made and now I just need to get to that surgery date! February cannot come fast enough!
