Worst Experience

I have been extremely disappointed in my entire experience with Dr. Jeneby's office. They offer insurance through an outside source but fail to mention that they will lose your implant that was deflated after 2 years of having them in, which in return gets the claim denied. A year and half later of waiting for all documents to be sent over to mentor by Sylvia (who is never in office or returns phone calls), they get sent and the claim gets denied because they never sent off the deflated implant nor have proper documentation/ pictures of the deflated implant itself. They will send an email stating that they were supposed to hold on to the device, but it was lost.
