Finally got my BA, best decision.. Dr. Seal is INCREDIBLE !

I joined this site years ago when I was originally going to get my boobs done by Dr Seal, but due to a break up at the time, it didn't happen. Thank god for that, as I was being heavily influenced by my partner to go MUCH larger than I wanted to go (Like 500cc, which would have been massive on me).
I have never stopped wanting to get them done and now was the right time for me to go forward with my BA and feel confident doing so.
I have always had noticeable asymmetry between my breast sizes (like full cup size difference) and it has always been a source of insecurity for me.
Years ago, when I was originally researching Vancouver Dr's, I met with a couple of surgeons.. first being Gelfant (because he had good reviews), but I found him to be quite impatient and insincere. He rushed through our consultation, threw on a power point presentation and had his assistant deal with me for most of our appointment. I felt that I was just another pay cheque to him.
My next consultation was with Dr Alexander Seal. The moment I met him, I knew he was the Dr for me. He was immediately kind, extremely sincere, and had such lovely bed side manner. He spent time to go through and explain everything to me one on one, I never felt rushed, and I genuinely felt like he cared about me. Plus I have read nothing but positive reviews about him and love his work. So when it came time for me to choose my Dr the second time around, there was no doubt that it would be him.
My starting stats: 5'8, 137lbs (I've got a booty), and either full B, or small C. I have a rather narrow chest, and was told that the largest moderate profile implant I could fit would be around 330cc. I really wanted a natural looking result, my words to my Dr were that "I want them to look so natural, but so perfect that people question them slightly". Because I wanted a really natural breast slope and didn't want to be able to see the top of the implant, or too much projection, I knew I wanted moderate profile.. which naturally eliminated most larger sizing options for me. Dr Seal ended up placing silicon implants via the inframammary fold (breast crease) under the muscle. 310cc in my larger breast - my left; and 380cc on my right. So ya, pretty significant size difference.
I had surgery three days ago and while the pain isn't horrible, I am dealing with spouts of nausea every day and quite a bit of pressure. I can't go off the pain meds yet - although I have decreased the dosage and time between taking them. The meds cause constipation, which is brutal. I took several natural laxatives, drank glasses of prune juice, drank glasses of metamucil, drank tons of water.. nothing seemed to be working. It wasn't until I took stronger laxatives "Colace" with lots of water and metamucil and started walking around the place more, that I was able to "go".
Ice packs are my best friends.. and I cannot stress enough to have multiples upon multiples in your freezer, so you can always have cold ones ready to switch out. This has already helped so much with pain and swelling.
I had a virtual follow up appointment with my Dr the day after surgery, and I will see him on Monday, when he removes my bandages. So far, they are looking good and I'm super excited about the result to come.
