What truly set Dr. Seal apart was not just his expertise but the way he made me feel completely understood and supported every step of the way.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Seal and his team for my breast augmentation. From my initial consultation, I knew I wanted to move forward with him. The surgery itself was a breeze, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in Dr. Seal’s hands. He checked in on me immediately after surgery and even called my boyfriend personally to update him on how everything went and when I was ready to be picked up. Those little details make a huge difference when undergoing a major procedure.

Now, just six days post-op, I am already so happy with my results! I know they will continue to settle and improve, and I’m excited to see the final outcome. I’m one year post-surgery after having a tummy tuck, breast lift, and implants with Dr. Alex Seal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Before the surgery, I felt embarrassed and ashamed for even considering it after having two kids, but now I’m proud of myself for making the decision to go through with it.

I had a large diastasis that significantly impacted my ability to exercise and gain strength. As someone who loves Lagree, I often felt uncomfortable in classes—my back would hurt in certain poses, my tummy would pooch, and I couldn’t fully perform the movements due to lack of core support. Now, a year post-surgery, I’m the strongest I’ve been since having my children. I do three Lagree classes a week and can comfortably perform advanced moves that used to feel impossible. My abdominal strength has returned in a way I never thought it would.

Although my weight and jean size are the same as before the tummy tuck, I almost feel like I’m looking at a different person when I see myself in the mirror (in the best way). The aesthetic results from both the tummy tuck and the breast lift/implants are outstanding.

Dr. Seal is a kind, caring, and professional surgeon who answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The overnight stay and care at the private surgery center, as well as the nursing care, were also outstanding. The whole experience was exceptional, and the level of care and service exceeded my expectations. This surgery was worth every penny, and I can’t recommend Dr. Seal enough.

I was very nervous about surgery and can honestly say that dr. Seal and his team were so incredibly caring, informative, supportive and professional from start to finish. I am beyond happy with my outcome and the care I received. Do not hesitate - dr. Seal is 10/10.

From the moment I met Dr Seal and his nurse, Jenna, I knew I would be in amazing hands. I met with Dr Seal to discuss removal of my old breast implants and a lift with new implants put in. He made me feel comfortable, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Making a decision to proceed with surgery is always scary. I had my surgery and I am overjoyed with the results. I was well prepared in advance by Dr. S and Jenna. They made sure to go through everything with me and sent me home with all the information as well. The day of the surgery we discussed everything again and I felt so happy and stress free going under. The team at Skinworks who assisted Dr Seal with my surgery were also amazing. I am now 2 and a half months post surgery and can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done. In the early days post surgery I was checked in on by Jenna including the morning following my surgery. Dr Seal answered a question I had promptly in the evening of the first day and they made sure I knew I could call if anything came up. The follow ups have been great by the team. I would have given more than 5 stars but it wasn’t an option. If you are someone considering surgery I believe you are in the best of hands with Dr Seal and his team.

I recently had a successful surgery experience with Dr. Seal and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Seal and nurse Jenna were very attentive, and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. Even while Nurse Jenna was away on holiday, she still managed to stay in contact and answered any questions I had. I truly felt very well taken care of. I was happy with my original surgeon the first time around, however after seeing the results of Dr. Seal I would never go back to anyone else. He is incredible at what he does. Extremely happy with the final results!!

Dr Seal is a wonderful surgeon, he listened to what my goals were and helped guide me towards choosing a size that was not only flattering on my figure but also exactly what I wanted! I had an amazing experience leading up to surgery, as well as during and in recovery. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results and I’m only 2 months post-op. His office staff are also extremely friendly. I’m so glad I chose to go with him for my breast augmentation!

Excellent, especially in choosing a natural look/size... I never felt pushed or as if what I wanted wasn't top priority - team was excellent as well, especially around my anxiety about anesthesia.

Only improvement would have been around the communication of follow up appointments, as a few emails and bookings were missed.

Dr. Alex Seal has such a kind and gentle demeanour that he will put you at ease instantly. He created such a calm and caring environment from the very first consult. He was very patient in answering all of my questions; and he was so thorough in explaining the procedure, results, risks and everything else that you probably would not even think to ask. Dr. Seal focuses on personalized care. My consult was a collaborative experience that helped me to visualize my goals and desired results. My experience from start to finish was nothing but a VIP experience. From his office to the surgical centre (Skinworks), everyone I met was welcoming and knowledgeable. This is going to be a long one, but worth the read. Let me start by saying WOW. I’m only halfway through this journey but I seriously wish I did this sooner for my well-being and confidence.

I had tuberous breasts for years. I was unbelievably insecure about the shape of my boobs and puffy nipples that I would constantly hide them in overly padded bras. The only time I was happy with my boobs was when they were either cold or stimulated - which would change the shape of my boobs completely, they were firmer and tighter and my nipples reduced in size dramatically. Whenever I went braless in shirts I had a constant worry in my head about the way my breasts looked naturally.

I never let my partners see my “warm boobs.” I would always cover myself during intimate moments and would purposely open the windows/turn the fan on to make the room colder which would make my boobs perk up. I could never just enjoy myself and allow myself to be confident and sexy in my own body.

Growing up I realized my boobs were different. I was unbelievably jealous of the girls with the perfect round breasts. I wanted a breast augmentation in my early 20’s but as I did more and more research I turned against the illnesses and complications that came with implants.

One night I finally confessed to my friends how much I hated my breasts. I was shocked when they all responded with confusion. We compared our breasts of all shapes and sizes and I realized that those “perfect round breasts with small nipples” that I so badly wanted, were actually way more rare than normal. We all had something we didn’t particularly like, but what I realized that night was ALL of our breasts were perfectly NORMAL.

However, despite feeling humbled, I was still envious of small nipples and round boobs and felt like I could never feel 100% happy with my snoopy boobs.

I researched everything from implants to fat transfers when I finally came across “areola reduction surgery.” I searched for the top doctor in my area and instantly booked a consultation. The wait couldn’t come fast enough.

When I met with Dr. Seal he was incredibly personable and professional. I addressed my major concerns with the shape of my breasts and the size of my areolas and he assured me a reduction would be exactly what I needed.

On the day of the surgery, I was greeted by a great team of professional surgeons and nurses. I was honestly so excited that I had no anxiety at all on the day of surgery. I was put under general anesthesia for the procedure and it took about 1.5 hours.

I went home the following hour after surgery and took 2 weeks off work to recover.

So far I’m only on day 13 post-surgery, but wow. I’ve noticed major changes already:
? My breast shape has changed completely. They’re much firmer and rounder - and STAY round.
? My breasts are bigger because my “snoopy” nipples aren’t distributing the fat in my nipples anymore.
? My nipples are much smaller and give the illusion of sitting higher, which gives me a lot more “bottom boob” than I’ve EVER had.


My girlfriends told me it looks like I had mini implants which is exactly what I wanted but with my natural breasts!! I seriously can’t express enough how excited I am to see them healed.

The pain and recovery have been relatively easy. The first day post op wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. It was more of a stinging pain than an aching pain. For the first few days I just laid on my couch with 2 ice packs on my breasts at all times. It helped SO much. I'm now almost at 2 weeks recovered and my boobs just FEEL way bigger, firmer, and still a little sore. I’ll continue to update here for anyone interested!

Hi guys!
I’m almost 3 weeks post op and I’m feeling alright. I’m having troubles with my left nipple, it started throbbing pain throughout the week. I also noticed that some of the sutures opened and bled into the bandages. I read that it was normal for one to heal faster than the other, so I’m assuming that’s what’s happening.

I’m going for another follow up in a few days, so I’ll get some better photos and give an update with what Dr Seal has to say.

These are photos I took at 3 weeks post op and I was so happy with them. They look amazing and I’m super happy with the shape and size. The sutures are healing nicely.
The pain in my left breast is still there but not as often. I have strange discolouration under my boob and I’m not sure if it’s bruising or part of the healing so I’ll keep that updated too.

Wow it's been 2 years?! I have had a ton of private messages and comments asking for updates so here it is.

My boobs don't look as good as they did when I first posted here. When I first had this procedure done, my boobs were the perfect shape and size, my nipples sat in exactly the position I wanted them to, and they were small. They were exactly what I wanted.

Well.. 2 years later I believe I need another surgery. I was warned and saw on many areola reduction posts that they will stretch and most women need 2 - 3 surgeries. I was hoping mine was not the case but after 2 years it IS the case. I have a full B/pushing a C cup, so they're not small but not big. I was hoping that the size of my breasts wouldn't cause stretching because they're not that big, but I was wrong. I think the only breasts that wouldn't stretch in a case like this are A/AA cup.

Any gravity or weight or pressure on the nipples will eventually stretch them out, so if you're a big busty woman, it's only a matter of time before they stretch. Sooner than later. For me, it was about a year and a bit before I noticed they started stretching out and areolas sitting lower.

I do not regret the surgery because the surgery did address the snoopiness/puffiness of my nipples, but not to the point that I'm 100% happy with. I'm looking into fat transfer and another areola reduction surgery to maybe get the results i'm hoping for?

I've been advised that breast implants will solve my issues but I refuse to do it. I refused back then and I refuse now. To me it's not worth the risk of BII, and I can't stand to think I would have something implanted in my chest. I am determined to do this as "natural" as possible, whether I use my own fat or have 6 areola surgeries lol.

I may post photos I may not. I know tons of women want to see as it does help.
