1 week post revision

photo taken a week after revision surgery, pain was a lot less the second time around, so at least something positive ;) now being patient, waiting & healing.. my surgeon also removed both scars bc they didn't heal very nicely due to the skin being stretched, hoping this time around they heal better bc there isn't any more stretching. Only my left, on this picture the right breast got "fixed".

Revision Surgery

Hej,
So long story short after a few months I realized that my left implant wasn't gonna drop anymore and that it was positioned too high on my chest. After talking to my surgeon about this he agreed to fix the problem free of cost, but well going through another surgery and the weeks following was not something I was looking forward to. Past Wednesday October.21.2020 about 9 months post my first breast augmentation I had my revision surgery. He removed the left implant completely and made the pocket smaller before he put in a new implant and at the same time he cut out both old scars and stitched everything together new (due to my scars not being very nice looking, they stretched quite a bit and now that my skin is already stretched I am hoping they will heal nicer).
I am just 72 hours post op but feeling pretty great, so the second time around is so much less painful than the first time. I just have to keep reminding myself even tho I am not sore at all and have literally no pain to take it easy, I did just have surgery and let my body heal. Patience. Pictures will follow soon.

just over 2 month post OP

So, a lot has changed in the past few weeks, it's been now just over 2 month since my surgery. I have to say that I got used to the size real fast and for a few days experienced "booby greed" thinking maybe I should've gone bigger. But that past and I am completely happy with the size I chose, they look natural, that's what I wanted. I just wanted to have boobs that fit to the rest of my body but not looking obviously fake, that's also why I chose to get anatomical implants.
I started working out again around 6 weeks post surgery, mostly yoga and some at home workout videos (due to everything being shut down now bc of the current situation) I feel like I can do pretty much everything now again, raise my arms high over my head, lift heavier things, sleep on my side and even stomach (which I accidentally roll onto sometimes while I am asleep).. the only weird feeling I still have is if I lie flat on my stomach and therefore my boobs, it just feels like 2 hard cushions are in my way, and I am not 100% ready to work out my chest muscles yet. I got my implants under the muscle and some movements (especially pushups) put too much pressure on the area and it just doesn't feel quite right yet.
My scars are still pretty red, I have been putting silicone scargel on since week 3, once a day, hopefully I will see them fading away soon.
I also ordered new bikini tops a couple days ago and was sooo happy to finally be able to wear NO PUSH UP bikini tops :) my new bra size is 80C (36C US size)
Overall I am super happy I finally went through with this surgery and I can't wait for summer and feeling confident in a swimsuit :) I have been dreaming about bigger boobs since I was a teenager and realized my natural ones wouldn't start growing, after years of spending time online researching I couldn't be happier about my decision.
