6 day until my BA. I am a mom of 4 kids, breastfed about 7 yrs I am 36yrs old,5’7 134-138, currently a 34A.

I had my pre-op a few days ago and was set on Sientra silicone under the muscle 505cc but am going back in to decide if I should go slightly bigger??? What are your thoughts? I will take a pic on Monday with the sizers in. I am it sure what the next size up is but was thinking maybe 535 or so.... decisions decisions......

Exciting journey!! looking forward to following you :). to be honest, many doctors say that 20-30CC don’t make THE visual difference in terms of volume. I was a 34A/B (depending on bra) and got 385 CC under muscle. I haven’t completely healed but tried bras at VS, sized at 34DD. I bought the 34D because I knew I was swollen and it would go down. the bra still feels small though. I was hoping for a full C, but I’m definitely bigger. I think the sizers will help you a lot. it also depends on your breast tissue. surgeon also informed me that under the muscle also loses about 10-15% projection. I also debated going to 415CC but am really glad I listened to my surgeon. My skin is very tight and he didn’t want to risk stretch marks. Good luck!!!

2nd pre op to confirm size. Staying with 505cc and not going bigger.
I went to another appt today to make sure I was happy with size. This time my husband was able to make the appt and also helped confirm what I wanted. I am staying with the 505cc and not going larger. The dr explained that he also felt that was a good decision based on what I had expressed. The photo shows me with 505 and 565 implant. The 565cc and a little wider of an implant.

Good luck! I am also a mother of 4. I got 485cc which is about 1Tbsp smaller then 505 so my pictures may give you a good idea of what your size will look like.

Day of treatment
Finished and out of surgery
I went in for surgery this morning and am back at home. I feel pretty darn good so far. Surgery went great and I am quite surprised that it’s been this smooth so far. I came out of the operating room and woke up pretty fast and before I knew it was home. I am able to move my hands up and brush my hair, gently of course. Dr Wilson is amazing and so kind I am very happy I chose him as my surgeon.

congrats! welcome on the other side!! :) I hope you’re recovering well
They gave me norco for the pain, about 6 hours after I got home I started to feel quite a bit of pain, wanting to try and stay mobile.... I also have 3 kids 5 and under... I took the norco and continued over the night, woke up and was dizzy, nauseous, literally bed ridden. Got 101.3 fever that evening and had the flu as well!! Hahahahaha literally, I couldn’t even have imagined it to be like it was. My mom had to come and take my daughter to school and pick her up, I was so sick and in bed I just started getting energy two days ago.
It was a sad experience for me.
The medication just ruined me and then the flu. Bad timing! Glad I’m alive
