Hi everyone, I found this website very helpful with my final decision for my BA so I thought that I would contribute back.
I am 23 years old, a non smoker, no children with an athletic build. Over the past few years I noticed a drastic drop in my breast size upon lifting weights and HIIT training 6 days a week.
I chose Mentor 400cc round silicone ultra high profile implants placed under the muscle with an inframammary incision. I am currently 4 weeks post op.
I experienced pain for only 2 days after the surgery and a little discomfort in my lower back from sleeping upright. My scars are healing very well already and I’m starting to feel myself again. I am using a scar cream to help with the healing and bio oil to prevent stretch marks. The whole procedure was quite daunting but it went perfectly and I was in and out within 3 hours.
I wanted to achieve between 500-600cc but it wasn’t possible at this stage. 400cc was the largest that my surgeon was comfortable with so we went ahead with it. In future I will plan to increase my size but in the meantime I am happy with the result, and have no regrets on my decision.
