Yes for sure! Thanks so much! You have great results!! I'm 5'6" 127lbs 32AA (very little breast tissue) and I'm wanting a conservative natural look- full B small C. I picked 325 when I tried them on, but now I'm feeling like that is way too big?! Help please
I was a 30AA before my surgery! 5'5" 105lbs. A lot of the size choice will depend on your bone structure/anatomy, so 325 might be okay for your anatomy! We went with 295 and 255 because my rib cage stuck out more on one side and I also had less breast tissue on that same side. Did you try on any sizers before choosing? That helped me a lot to see how they would look in relation to my body!
Yes I did try them on and I liked 325, which felt like a great size but still looked pretty small with a shirt on. However I see others with anything over 300 and they look much bigger even with similar stats so it’s confusing me :(
I am 120lbs 5'3 and I got 275cc and I think mine fit perfect I'm still healing as I'm only 2 weeks post op!
It might help to ask other surgeons on here for their opinion? I was super confused about sizes when comparing different people's results, too! I wish I knew more and I hope you find the answer you need!
These are exactly the size I want. Nothing I won't feel comfortable with on my frame and yours look just beautiful. Enjoy!
Just had my first consult with Dr Castillo! He's amazing!! I am a little bit nervous about sizing though. I was hoping for a full B (I'm an average A rn) but he said with my frame and breast width he wouldn't want to go over 275/295 (slight asymmetry). What cup size do you wear? I'm looking at some of these results after 275cc and it's got me scared I'm going to have much larger breasts than I want haha. Your results are fantastic!
Any issues with capsular contracture? Are you having to continue massaging your breasts? Thats my biggest fear! Also, are they expected to settle any more?

Amazing Experience with Breast Augmentation!

I have been wanting a breast aug for a few years, so I looked through about a hundred reviews on RealSelf and found Dr. Castillo and never looked back! The entire process was a breeze from start to finish. During the first consultation, Dr. Castillo asked me what my goals were for this procedure, what I was looking for size-wise, profile type, etc, all before making any suggestions for me. This made me feel extremely comfortable knowing that my wants and needs, as well as my safety, were at top of his list.
After a through examination of my anatomy, Dr. Castillo found that my right breast had less existing tissue than my left, meaning that the implants would need to be two different sizes to achieve the most symmetrical look. His attention to detail is amazing!!
I was able to try on multiple implant sizes to give us both an idea of the right fit, and once we decided, I scheduled my operation date that day! Dr. Castillo gave me tons of information on the procedure and how to properly prepare before, during, and after the surgery, which was extremely helpful and prepared me completely for operation day. 
Immediately following the operation, Dr. Castillo checked in with me just about every day and answered any questions I had right way. I had little to no pain, zero bruising, and I was back to my regular routine in no time. 
Even 3+ months out, he continues to check in to make sure I am continuing to progress smoothly. I am SO SO SO happy with my results and I could never thank Dr. Castillo enough for all he has done and continues to do! There is no question that he is the best there is as what he does!

Lovely results! I'm curious if he discussed using a wider implant to fill in the cleavage area a bit more? I know they can only work and do so much with our anatomy. What sizes/profiles were used? Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Happy continued healing dear. Take care.
We went with Natrelle soft touch silicone with 255cc on the left and 295cc on the right Moderate Profile. We did not discuss wider implants as I wanted a more natural, teardrop look! However, we discussed that the upper cleavage area would fill out more as my skin stretched since I'm only at the 3 1/2 month mark!
