Consultation Scheduled!

I am 35 years old, 5’5”, 125lbs, athletic build. I Mostly wear padded sport bras so I don’t really know my cup size but I’m pretty sure I don’t even fill an A. My breasts are obviously asymmetrical and I HATE it.
I had 6 pregnancies, breastfed 5.
I have wanted a BA since I was a teenager. I’ve always felt my figure is “boyish”...broad shoulders, no hips. For the past 6 months I have been researching (I am SO thankful for this site!) and decided to Finally just take the plunge.
I have a consult set up on August 20th with Dr. Gregory Fedele and so far feel good about it. I am of course nervous about different things..mostly how my deflated, saggy breasts will take to the implants. I am hoping I will not
need a lift, but feel I might since I am so droopy?
I would ideally like to fill a C cup and have the girls be closer to the same size. From what I’ve seen on here I like the high profile.
If anyone has any feedback, advice, experience with Dr. Fedele, etc, I would love to hear from you!
Thanks all!

Congrats on your decision to have BA! Honestly I don't think you'll need a lift bc your nipples appear to be above your IMF. In my opinion I think an implant will fill you out nicely. Per the Dr. on the Q&A forum, they state for every 150cc you roughly increase one cup size. Just keep in mind that results will vary based on your bwd, skin elasticity, stats, anatomy and your PS surgical capabilities. 300cc could look huge on one person and small or another. I hope these few tips helped you out. Good luck and keep us updated!

My body looks very similar. I have two kids and am 29. I'm a small A and about 130lbs 5'6. I booked my consultation for aug 7th! I agree I don't think you'll need a lift. I read about the nipple being higher than the crease meaning your good. Are you going to get saline or silicone? I'm undecided. But want under the muscle.

Yay for booking your consult! I will follow your journey.
Thanks for sharing what you read about the nipple placement. I feel so much better!
I was all set on silicone but after reading another review I am giving consideration to saline and will talk to my PS about it.
I’m going under the muscle as well.
Wish my consultation was sooner!!

I had my consultation August 20th. When in the waiting room I almost canceled the whole thing because I was so nervous and couldn’t believe I was actually going to do this.

As soon as Dr. Fedele started talking to me about the procedure, the nerves were replaced with excitement. I became confident that he would give me the results I am looking for. He did recommend a small lift in my left breast due to the asymmetry. I asked what would happen if I bypassed the lift and he said the breasts could be lopsided, especially noticeable in bras and swimsuits. He left the decision up to me and I chose to trust his judgement.

After trying on sizers, I think I am going with 375cc and 350cc, mentor smooth HP.

My only “complaint” is apparently they had a very busy day (I overheard the receptionist talking) and I was the last appointment before lunch and did feel a little rushed...mind you, nobody particularly did anything to make me feel this way, it was just kinda the vibe. I also left without being given any information except for the estimate/summary of costs. Obviously this is not affecting my decision to go with this surgeon, I just know that I want to go back in and try sizers on again and talk a bit more about whether HP or mod plus would be best for my body and why.

Overall, I am confident in Dr. Fedele and his staff and am looking forward to October!

10 Days!

MommaTA

10 more days until my surgery. I am so excited.

I went back into the office this past week to try sizers on again. I am sticking with the original plan to get 350 on the left and 375 on the right. Mentor high profile. I was questioning whether I should get moderate profile since my BWD is pretty wide.. 13ish. But Dr. Fedele thinks because of my small frame, the HP will be best. Anyone else have similar BWD and get HP?

I will post again on surgery day!
