Consultation review: they do not care about the patient

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! this place is a company employed by money grabbing people. They do not care about the patient, what the person wants or your life. You will be going here at your own risk. I contacted a representative called onur. His priority was to extort as much money as possible, they will give the most ridiculous excuse and increase a quote given to you. I asked for breast implants to which gave me a quote. Upon research and being knowledgeable and experienced about implants, I asked for a specific brand to be put inside me. Not just a specific brand but a type. For example you have round tear drop etc etc. I told him why I wanted the shape i did and gave an extensive explanation. He came back with a quote of £1000 extra! £1000! He haggled the price as they do and brought it down to £750. I later came back days later to confirm everything with him. What I am having, the size the shape etc. To my surprise he responded as though I didn’t explain what I did days prior, and on mentioning the shape that I want to him AGAIN, and what he charged me for already. He says oh ermmm I’ll have to ask the doctor about that. Ask the doctor? So what did he confidently give me a price increase of £750 for? Fresh air? And if I didn’t confirm I would have got there and lord knows what they would have used and put inside of me. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE! After he “confirmed” with the doctor so he says he comes back and says ahhhh that shape is very expensive. Whoever is experienced should know nowhere in the world are implant shapes a different price to the next. I didn’t say anything to that. I later said I also wanted vaser lipo added, he came back and quoted me 7k all together. Stating lipo would be 2300. A month before the time I though I would be more comfortable extending the date for 2 weeks. He said that is impossible I cannot. And that my implants have already been “ordered”. I told him if I didn’t have 7k by my surgery date I would like to just do my original plan which was breast implants. To which he agreed. Closer to the time 2weeks, i state what I said previously, I want only breast implants. He states this will cost me 6k as I was given a package deal. 6 thousand pounds! So lipo is 1k only? These people are THIEVES. Upon confronting him about it he says oh I have another date for you in June. This is a company that forced me to continue with my date when I told them I wanted to extend. They even told me the doctor is going away from July. So I cannot have any surgery dates. Was he going away for life? I have cancelled the surgery and gone to another clinic, I will not be put to sleep by these incompetent people. YOU WILL GO THERE FOR BREAST IMPLANTS AND WAKE UP WITH A NOSE JOB! I’m a very well known blogger and will do a detailed video of my experience I will also incert pictures of the conversation so you can see for yourself. At present they have refused to give me back my money.
