Hi there, thanks so much for such a detailed journey. I also went to the same office but was seen by Dr Basner. I too had a great experience but would have done a few things differently. I did feel a little rushed. I only tried on a few sizers. I think I should have tried more. I am 5’7 135lbs and broad shouldered. I was a 34c to start but kind of that ski slope boobie. I knew exactly what I had in mind and had found a few wish pics from Dr Basners patients. He didn’t seem interested at all in seeing what I had in my mind. I ended up going with 405cc. I am now 4 weeks post op and feel that I didn’t go big enough. With my frame, i am sure that I could have gone 500cc. I am happy with the work he did, I am not satisfied with the size at all. I just feel like they are still too small for my body. My right boob is dropping faster than my left and I have more pain in the left side as well. Now that’s it’s been almost a year, how are you doing? Do you have any recent pictures of how they ended up looking after the drop and fluff. Are you happy with the size you chose? I love to chat more with you .

Are they under or over the muscle? Im three weeks out. I did under the muscle silicone mid profile 450cc and they look much smaller than I expected. I am feeling disappointed. I wonder if being under the muscle makes them look smaller. mine havent fluffed or dropped yet still either
