Just had breast implant removal, and new implants put in. I also had a pocket repair and lift. I’m 42. I’m one week post op and feeling pretty good.

Hi! Glad you’re feeling good! Was it time to switch them out for you and/or did you opt to go with a different size?

I will be having surgery on 11/10/21. I would love to take this journey with you

Yes, I would love to as well! Did you already have your sizing appt? I go 10/22 for that. Looking forward to landing on an exact size! I’ve been stressing about it.

I am really hoping to have my surgery around then (or sooner if possible!). I have my first in-person consult on Tuesday. I would love to keep in touch.
I'm nearly 37, breastfed two kids and I'm just about flat now :-/ hoping to achieve a very natural, probably small look for my small frame.
What are you hoping for?

Hi! How did your consultation go? Did you set a date? Exciting!
I’m aiming for the same - a natural look for sure. I am 5’10, 140lbs and decided on 300cc mentor unders - hoping this achieves that look I’m going for. Nervous but excited!

Hey! Yes I did, I've had my pre-op and surgery is on Wednesday the 3rd! EEEp, I'm so excited! I'll be a 245 - 265 Motiva Ergonomix, OTM. He'll decide on size in theatre.
How are your plans panning out?

How exciting!!! It’s quickly approaching for you!
And that’s great about your size - I was deciding between 250/275/300 (mentor come in 25’s) and have landed on 300 since I’m tall and a bit broader in chest.
Excited to follow along w your journey!

Hi! I also just got mine done on 10/26/21. 38 yrs old.breastfed my 3 girls.. went with moderate plus xtra 405 cc. Im 5’3, 140 pounds. Was a 36 small b. I cant wait for the fonal results, and the first couple of hours were actually much more uncomfortable than i expected, but, totally worth it. I feel complete! Oh.i was also off pain meds after 24 hours and after 36 hours was pretty much off the Tylenol also. The pads on the incisions are sooo uncomfortable! I started doing the massages today. Feels good, because the chest is sooo tight, but im paranoid that im not doing it properly!
November 1, 2021
Congratulations! Glad u are starting to feel better! My chest was very tight as well in the beginning when u start to message them u may start to feel weird twinges and almost like a sliding/clicking sensation inside that is normal. The more u message those weird feelings start to go away. There are a lot of videos on YouTube u can watch that will show u how to. As far as the incisions go I found that using ice helped with the uncomfortable feeling. Best of luck

I am having surgery 11/10.
I lost over 100lbs, 3 babies, etc. I went from (pre children) CC cup, to an A cup. I am going with 415cc silicone. Behind the muscle. Incision under the breast.
I have done a lot of research, watched a lot of vlogs of other's journeys, and I am ready for surgery.

Hi!!!! I've saved your post because I feel like we have similar stats and similar looking breasts.(30 y.o. 5'2", 100lbs, BWD 11.8) I am a mother of two (ages 6 and 9), breastfed both of them for a year. Prior to pregnancy, I was a D, while breastfeeding, I was a G! And after losing the baby weight and working out often, they shrunk down to 32A. I just had my surgery today!!!! (11/4/21) I got 240cc/265cc (different sizes due to asymmetry) high profile, round, under muscle implants. I was initially afraid of going too large, then afraid I chose too small. Now, 7 hours post op, I'm super happy with the results! They're a little larger than I was expecting but in the perfect kind of way! I was stressing out so much about the size before I went into the operating room, but it all ended up working out well! I wish someone would have told me that before I went in. Sometimes we just need a little reassurance that we made the right choice! Good luck with your surgery and boobies!!!!

Hi!!! Thanks so much for sharing! So excited to hear your story and how happy you are with the size! I was so torn between 275 and 300cc… I’m starting with such a little amount now that I’m hoping I will love the 300 size!
I look forward to following your journey and healing process! How was/is the pain the first week?!
November 5, 2021
Thank you! I'm sure 300cc will look fantastic on you! I'm happy I didn't go larger than the 240/265 on me, but definitely wouldn't mind having the extra ccs either since it's not that huge of a difference. Do you know what profile you're choosing? I went with HP because of the lack of upper pole volume from breastfeeding - I also didn't want all the side boob from the moderate profiles because I feel like those would make my upper body look too broad. Healing is going well so far! Im only day 1 PO. I'm taking Percocet and cyclobenzaprine as well as a prophylactic antibiotic. It's a strange pain, kind of difficult to explain. A lot of women say it's like being extremely engorged with breast milk, which I can agree with. I've been lying around mostly, but I can feed myself, brush my teeth, get in and out of bed on my own.

Everything went smoothly per the surgeon. Went with 300cc high profile mentors under the muscle, inframmary incision.
I woke up with a lot of nausea and pain but that quickly subsided when they administered meds in my IV.
Ride home was t bad at all - had a pillow for my arms, which was super helpful.
At home resting now. Can’t wait to see them!!!
