Great Experience

I was quite apprehensive about the treatment as with all doctors, you see a mix of positive and negative reviews. However, every interaction with this doctor was lovely and very comforting.

Before booking anything I was able to have a video call with him to ask any questions I had and follow up calls offered if I wanted them. They had a cancellations so managed to fit me in quite quickly- I only had to wait 3 weeks for my surgery.The consultant I was messaging was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions.

When I arrived, it was nice being picked up from the airport and taken straight to the hotel which was roughly a 2mins walk from the hospital, so very convenient. I’d seen bad reviews of this hotel previously but it was perfectly fine. I had my in person consultation the next day where I spoke to the doctor and asked any additional questions I had. Plus, some blood tests.
The next day was my surgery. I was put in the VIP suite which was very nice and spacious. Before the surgery, the doctor came and spoke to me a few times to check on me, get forms signed and mark out lines on me. After the surgery, the doctors came back a few times to check on me and see how I was, along with the nurses frequently checking on me and providing me with medication. He said he had tried a couple different sizes on me and chose the one which looked best. I stayed over night which was very needed. The moveable beds were very comfortable.
The next day I was sent back to the hotel and told to rest. I was given different medications to regularly take over the next week. I had drains in also, so each morning, had to send pictures of how much blood was in them to the doctor. Just before leaving, I met with the doctor again to remove the drains and check on the surgery.

Altogether, I am very happy with the service, the doctor and the outcome.
