Breast Augmentation, Chin/jawline Lipo & Facial Fat Grafting at Girin!

For the longest time, I have wanted to have bigger breasts. After losing a significant amount of weight, the idea of adding more volume kept coming to my mind. Another concern of mine was the stubborn fat under my chin and jawline, which I couldn't get rid of no matter what I tried. Unfortunately, while I did lose weight in my face, it happened in the wrong places, leaving my smile lines and under-eyes looking hollow, giving me a tired and sickly appearance.
At first, I was only sure about getting breast augmentation, but I wasn’t sure which procedures could help with my other concerns. I decided to book a consultation at Girin Clinic after seeing many beautiful and natural-looking post-op results online, especially for breast augmentation.
Consultation Experience
I saw two doctors, and got recommended the right implants for my breast augmentation. I also got suggested jawline and chin liposuction and face fat grafting to address my facial concerns. I was very satisfied with the recommendations and, after discussing everything in detail, I quickly decided to book my surgery. A friend who knew about this hospital also encouraged me, which gave me even more confidence in my decision.
Surgery & Recovery:
Now, I am two weeks post-op, and I couldn't be happier! The only painful time for me was the first day after surgery; my chest and face hurt a lot, and I felt a bit nauseous. Thankfully, I was able to rest at the hospital for a long time and received excellent care from the staff.
When it was time to leave, my boyfriend picked me up and helped me carry all the aftercare items provided by Girin. The staff gave me detailed instructions on what I should and shouldn’t do at home, along with my next appointment schedule. They were even kind enough to let me leave in hospital pajamas and slippers so I didn’t have to change into my clothes.
For the first few days, I felt some tension in my breasts and around my jawline, but no real pain. After about a week, most of the swelling had gone down, though my neck was still slightly swollen. Now, at two weeks post-op, there is still some residual swelling, but I already look good and feel comfortable going out without any issues.
Results So Far:
Face Fat Graft: I can definitely see an improvement, there is much less hollowing in my face, which was one of my biggest concerns.
Jawline & Chin Liposuction: There is already less fat in that area, though I’m excited to see the final results once all the swelling subsides.
Breast Augmentation: Healing much faster than expected! It’s only been two weeks, but I’m already very happy with how they look.
