Recovery has been good so far. In the last two weeks I’ve been experiencing the ups and downs of sore boob days, extremely sensitive nipples and every now and then shooting pains. All have been tolerable. No pain. I’m still drinking my protein shakes with the Bromelain and have not had any work outs. I feel ready but wondering if I should wait until after my one month post op with my doctor just to be on the safe side. I may just start with some light at home work outs using bands. No weights. I’ve been massaging daily and using the Silagen on my incisions. Wearing the sports bras and breast strap round the clock. In the last week I noticed my left breast has dropped. My right is still a little high but I’m hopeful that one will drop a little more in the next few weeks. Here are some pics of the progress. I also posted a pic of breasts before. I have to remind myself of what my natural breast anatomy was as I am constantly trying to anticipate what my final result will be. My left was always lower and had more skin and breast tissue than my right. The right breast has the higher cc’s now so it’s going to take some time for the skin to stretch to even them out a little. ????fingers crossed these boobies stick to the plan. Lol

The girls are acting up today.
See now this is the annoying fickle business I talk about when it comes to the healing period. Today is day 16 post op and they are a little wonky. Just two days ago they were feeling and looking near perfect now today the right is a little higher and firmer. I just gave it a little extra care and massage. No kneading, just gentle circular rubs and squeeze at the base. My nurse did say too much vigorous massage and you could give yourself capsular contracture by inflicting minor tears in the tissue. I love them still and trusting the process this time. Placement is still perfect and nipples are still even. Check and check!! :)

Hopefully it's just part of the healing process. My left side took forever to drop and I was constantly paranoid it was CC. Good luck! They look great!
So how long did it actually take before the dropped evenly?

2 weeks post op
Got my steri-strips removed today. The incisions look good from what I can see. I’m gently cleaning them with equal parts water and peroxide. Then use the Silagen on them after. I added a pic of my boobie arsenal. Keeping them heavily moisturized and massaging as instructed. I’m really loving how they are settling.
