WORTH IT
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Castellano and his staff. Pam is absolutely amazing at being open with you and answering any questions you may have. Never once did she make me feel like I was a burden for asking so many questions. Jennifer, who is the nurse working with Dr. Castellano, is also wonderful. She helped calm my anxiety the day of the procedure and has been super helpful every time I have seen her at my post-op appointments. Dr. Castellano himself takes the time to make sure you are getting what you desire and his attention to detail is impeccable. I am SO happy with my breast augmentation by Dr. Castellano and will absolutely be using him for any future procedures I decide to have.

How tall are you? My surgery is sept 8th. My dr is aiming for 485cc but possibly 450cc. Said he really feels 485cc will be perfect for me. So I’ve been finding similar women to me. I know i won’t be exactly the same but been curious to see how big and making sure it won’t look too big on me. He’s certain it won’t and with my body type it’ll look really nice. I’m 5’7 and around 150lbs. I have a bigger booty and always been small up top and now after nursing my 3 children they’re gone!

I'm 5' 6" approx 135-140lbs and I got 480cc. My build is slim/average. They are incredibly proportionate to my body and natural looking! I got a ton of compliments however I want the larger faker look so I'm going back in October for an extr 150-200cc :)

We actually are the same size! I am 5’7 and fluctuate between 145-155lbs. I was between the 450 and 485 as well and am SO glad I went with 485. They’ve settled enough to be the perfect fit on my chest. I actually brought the concern up during my consult that I have a bigger booty and I didn’t want to be top nor bottom heavy & now I am much happier with the proportions of my body after getting the 485cc implants.
