4 weeks post op - breasts feel very unnatural, very tight, very firm

It’s been 4 weeks since my breast augmentation and they still feel very unnatural, very tight, very firm, and very round like grapefruits. I’m wondering if it’s possible that implants don’t soften or drop for some patients. Maybe I’m just being fearful. But I just want to know will they will look and feel better and natural eventually. I just kinda need some encouragement.
Went from have zero fat (32 A) and got 255 ccs
