Here is a photo of 1 yr post op as my breasts look very natural but still perky :) I am extremely happy with my breasts now. I do not need to wear bras and no one knows that they are implants because they are soft and have that natural tear drop shape.

At my highest weight, I was 327.7 lbs. in February of 2013 I went to Mexico and had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. February of 2017 I began my journey to get my body where my mind was. First priority was my breasts. At my highest weight, I was a 44H, and after breast feeding two kids and losing 165lbs, you can imagine the mess my body was at. My breasts were deflated and my nipples pointed to the floor. They would fall out of my bra if I leaned over and I absolutely hated looking at myself in the mirror, let alone let my husband see me naked. I went to two different offices for consults and chose to go with Dr. Freed in Auburn CA. The office was beautiful and inviting, and the staff were all so amazing. I felt extremely comfortable with m decision. I chose to get large 800cc silicone implants along with a breast lift. When I first came out of surgery, they looked awful, just as I was informed from this site, but of course they settled down and now look natural and perky. My left breast did drop a little more than my right breast and I decided to have a revision to make them more visibly even.i have chosen to stay with Dr. Freed for all my future surgeries.
