my breast aug journey

ORIGINAL POST

my breast aug journey

WORTH IT$7,000
For years, I had thought about getting a breast augmentation. After having children and going through changes in my body, I felt like I had lost some of my breast fullness. I wanted to be bigger and fuller, but still natural and proportional to my body.

After researching clinics in Seoul, I chose Girin Plastic Surgery. During my consultation with Dr. Song and my English-speaking consultant, we discussed the look I wanted, implant size, and placement. I ultimately chose 400cc implants with a dual-plane placement.

Surgery day was exciting and nerve-racking. Since I also had other body-contouring procedures, recovery was definitely a process. The first few weeks were the hardest. My breasts were swollen, tight, sore, and very firm, and I experienced occasional sharp or shooting pains. I constantly had to remind myself that the early results were not my final results.

Around the one-month mark, my breasts started becoming softer and more comfortable. Over the following months, they continued to drop, fluff, and settle into a shape that looked much more natural.

Healing wasn’t always perfectly symmetrical, and I occasionally still experienced tenderness, but I learned that patience is a huge part of the process.

Overall, I am 100% happy with my decision. I finally have the fuller, feminine shape I had wanted for years, and I feel much more confident in my clothes, swimsuits, and in my own body.

If you’re considering breast augmentation, my biggest advice is to research your surgeon, be clear about the look you want, and don’t judge your results too early. Your breasts will continue to change and settle for months.
