I have a consult in 2 weeks and I feel the same about the staff. I have only spoken to them over the phone but I feel as if I’m an inconvenience when I have called.

Great surgeon, but her team could really use training in bed side manner & just how to be welcoming and polite. If you’re just looking for results & don’t care about being pampered or comforted all the way thru this is good. Not to say you won’t be comforted AT ALL because her assistant did come and hug me while I was flipping out over an IV before my procedure. Specifically her pre op/post op staff and scheduling come off as impatient, rude, and not well informed. The anesthesiologist was also a comforter—she took her time with listening and responding AFTER you complete your sentence or thought unlike the Memorial Plastics staff.

Yes! That’s exactly what I said- if I wasn’t seeking the results I am, I would be taking my money elsewhere. But I’m stuck on Dr Roehl/ Hsu.

Yes! Well I’m glad you had some positive vibes from them! I’m kinda walking in there next week rubbed the wrong way already. Whoever I keep talking to keeps bringing up costs as if I don’t have the money or something... she’s like well just to let you know it’s $2,000 to book surgery. (I didn’t even ask) I am Planning on paying it off the same day... little does she know!!!!! Yet, my cousin went last month and they told her $1,000 & it’s in writing. Then she told me I couldn’t take cash (because I asked) yet my cousins invoice says they accept “cash”. I’m extremely annoyed- God, if it wasn’t for Dr. Roehl I would of hung this up a long time ago. Because I’m the end I have to deal with the staff first hand.

Well the $1000 I think was a special that I got as well. It just sucks because I’m super scared when it comes to surgery or anything relating doctors really— I have a legit phobia. So I hit up Dr.Roehll thru Instagram DM and she always responds but it felt idk just wrong. I didn’t wanna intrude on her personal life thru DM if she didn’t want me to so I asked her is there a number or email and she said “contacting the office is best” and girl my heart sank.... like I don’t wanna talk to them. I have a question rn that I wanna ask and I’m holding it until the 12th for my second post op bc I simply don’t wanna deal w the negative nancies. When I went for pre op the girl that was doing pre op was superrrrr rude to the new DR in the office, like kept cutting her off like she shouldn’t be talking and when she’d ask questions she’d give half a@# answers like she didn’t wanna be bothered with her. I felt so bad for her! My mom’s DR isn’t NEARLY as good as Roehll but my mom has her personal number in case my mom has any questions at any time. Her staff baby’s you thru the whole thing. I’m jealous of that part of the journey that I’ve missed, but I have great boobs so I guess that’s all that matters in the end lol.

I am the same exact way! I have horrible anxiety and I am literally researching day and night- Doctors & procedures! I’m absolutely terrified of everything lol I can’t imagine something being wrong and having to deal with bs front line attitude. Lord, help me. I’m planning on scheduling surgery that day unless I get another rude remark... my no boob, no ass self will walk out of there with my bank roll & find something elsewhere. I won’t tolerate getting treated like crap! Especially when I’m paying for services just like everyone else. I wonder if her Dr Roehl is aware of this?

Hey just an update! I booked my surgery today! I can’t rave enough about how in love I am With Dr Roehl & Stephany!!!! I will be having my bbl & ba in June !!!

I went from 102lbs to 167lbs during pregnancy. 32C to an 34E, breastfed for 1yr then deflated to a 32Cish. I liked the way my boobs/nipples sat so I opted for a large implant no lift to fill he extra skin. DR ROEHL DID HER THING. I was nervous in the beginning of my healing process afraid I was botched but she asked me to have faith in her so I did & it was the best thing I’ve done for my confidence EVER. Trust her. Trust he process. I got 520cc silicone HP implants.
