Look at my boobs! Something I’d never thought I would be lucky enough to say. The left one is still super high and I think it’s because I’m left handed so my muscle is stronger over there. Minimal pain today, still milky but so far so good. I’m changing my tapes on my incisions every 3 days. Still wearing a bra constantly. Sleeping is so much better now. I had a full night of sleep last night which was phenomenal. So far so good. If you’re worried about getting a boob job: go for it!!! I get it’s stressful and there’s lots of fears but just do your research and you will be fine. The initial pain is worth it.

Phew it’s been a minutes
Okay it’s been a crazy busy week but look how beautiful they are! They are nicely dropping but these past few days I have been noticing milk coming from my nipples and it did worry me and it’s still occurring but my PS said it’s okay and it should go away soon. I had a mishap and slipped down the stairs and hit my right boob, your left if you’re looking at the photo. Everything is fine, I’m just really sore. The pain is minimal and I’m still wearing the bra I was given after surgery at all times other than showering. The are still hard but not as tough as they were on day one. My bad is hurting some but I believe it’s from my bra and not my boobs in general. I’m really happy with how they look so far. My right is also a bit bigger and I’m hoping my left (your right on the photo) will catch up.

I had milk too, I actually knew what it was from nursing 3 babies. It takes a couple months to resolve, don't worry. I think the implants pressure on mammary glands stimulate them to produce small amount of milk.

thank you so much for replying! I was thinking I was pregnant or my implant ruptured. I’m glad I had nothing to worry about and it will resolve.

Around a 36DD
Today I went to get another bra, but just simple one from Walmart that’s really soft and comfy.
I’m not wearing bra that’s have a wire in them yet. I went to Walmart and had no idea what size I would be and I knew it would change so I didn’t want to spend a lot on bras just to have it change later down the road. I found this super soft one that does not have a wire. Also, today when I got out of my shower I found on my left nipple a clear milky substance coming from it. I’m a tad concerned but I have a 9am appointment tomorrow with my doctor so I’ll make sure to mention it.
I found a sports bra in a 36DD and the soft no wire one in a 38 D.
