3 week update

I’ve been back to work for a few days now and everything is going fine! Glad I took 2 days off work because I don’t think I would’ve been able to handle the heavy doors here!
My incisions are healing well, the scabs are slowly falling away and I can see the scar will be small and neat I hope!
My left boob still occasionally has some mild pain or discomfort, especially when I’m stretching to put on my coat or overhead tops. I could manage them from day 10ish but it’s not completely pain free. Also sometimes feel muscle spasms when I’m outside in the cold, or little nipple zaps which I think is the nerves reconnecting!
I’m still wearing a post op bra an changing it daily. I’ve been showering since day 7 and had stitches removed day 10.
My boobs changed loads in the first week but feel like it’s slowed a little. My right seems a bit higher right now - it’s really obvious when you compare the level of the nipples so really hoping this evens back out as they look like cross eyes!
At the moment I’m really happy with the size and how they look, just want the nips to even out!

1 week PO update

Op day went very smoothly! My admission time was 8am. I was first on the list, was down in theatre at 9.30am! The first few days of recovery were tougher than I expected - mostly due to the dull ache and lack of arm mobility. Implants were sitting high and swollen, and I wore a band until day 7.
I had my dressings changed by the nurse on day 5, and was permitted to shower, remove dressings and band on day 7. My stitches come out in a few days too.
There’s been so much change already and I’m pleased so far wth the results! In my head I’m getting slightly worried about them not improving that much, or that they develop asymmetry or something.. so need to keep reminding myself I’m very early in the journey and they’ve yet to drop and fluff!

The ‘Before’ photo

Currently I’m a 32B.. asked for a 32D post-op and recommended 335cc Motiva Ergonomix implants. Will this be too big? Interesting to hear others experience with sizing especially on a similar frame
