Please Do NOT Book with This Surgeon

I had a breast augmentation done in 2022 by Dr. Jugenberg. I was very clear about my desired outcome and also what I did not want. Once the swelling settled and I could see my final results, I was extremely disappointed. My breasts had clear lateral displacement and were sitting much farther apart than expected.
When I raised my concerns with both Dr. Jugenberg and his nurse, I felt they were dismissed. I was told everything looked fine and that the result was due to how I had taken care of myself during recovery, which left me feeling blamed rather than supported. I left the appointment feeling unheard and very upset, especially after having looked forward to this surgery for so long.
Later, when I reached out to express my concerns on Instagram, I was blocked. Any communication I did receive came across as rude and dismissive of my experience, which I found unprofessional.

I also later became aware of a lawsuit involving the surgeon regarding patients being filmed without consent, which I wish I had known prior to my procedure.
Overall, I am unhappy with my results and my experience, and I would not recommend this surgeon. I encourage others to do thorough research and choose a surgeon who communicates clearly and takes patient concerns seriously.
