Here are some pictures of how they look now. No pain, almost all numbness is gone, chest muscles are still weak but I haven’t been working out my chest to be fair. Sometimes the right boob is stiff in the morning but that depends on how I slept. I can still feel the implant under my skin/nipple and I can feel the chest muscle slide over it but it doesn’t bother me. I’m still so happy with them!! No regrets!

11 month update!!
I am still super happy with my results! I have no pain, and they are still getting softer! I do still have numbness and some days I still feel like the implant is a foreign object in my body but I know it takes time to get used to it. My chest muscles are much stronger now so that makes me happy. For those of you worried about Breast Implant Illness, please note that I am not experiencing any symptoms that I wasn’t already experiencing before surgery. The list of symptoms is very long and vague, so pay attention to any pre existing issues you have before your surgery so that you can rule those out. I still do not know if BII is proven but all I know is that I do not have it. I also do not have capsular contracture so that’s awesome!!

Hi! You look awesome. I have mine scheduled for Nov 2. Selected 500cc high profile. Wondering what your 1 yr post op size ended up being? My pre op is 34B, just trying to make a comparison. Thanks. :)
Well in la Senza / Victoria secret sizes I'm a 32DD I started out as 32A and I got 450cc

7-8 month update
I am just updating the movement for my 7-8 month post op. They are very soft now and have much more movement especially when I jump. I am back to doing push-ups, however they are modified to build up my chest strength. Let me know if you want to see anything else that will help with your journey.

MINE , Is scheduled for Nov 6 and I haven't had my final pre op appt. my original appt. But we are in the 490 range/ I tried 490 and 510 and 510 was very large. I am not sure what exactly I will end up with. I feel like im going to talk myself out of it to be honest. I get so much anxiety about it some days. then other days I'm ready to do it. I am thinking I Have had just too much time to think about it
Well you and your doctor can come up with the size that best suits you. I had those feelings as well. Some days I still can't believe I went through with it but I am soo happy that I did. I am so much more confident, and am very happy with my proportions now. I have myself roughly 8 months to think it over. I second guessed my size a million times but my doctor allowed me to come in a couple times just to try on different sizes that I didn't try on the first time and that really helped. Just go with your gut feeling. If you know your the kind of person that wants big boobs go with the bigger size but if you know you will feel insecure if you go too big like me go for the smaller size. Based on those sizes they will be big regardless. I love my boobs as the size they are without a bra. If I wear a bra sometimes I feel too top heavy. So just be aware of that.
