Boob Journey - 32A 5’4” 125lbs

I’ve wanted bigger breast since I was a teenager. I was a small B before I breastfed my kid & after I deflated to an A. I finally made the decision to just go for it! After speaking to a few PS I found the one. I’ll be flying in to Miami in July to get my new girls with Dr. Perez. I want to look as natural as possible. I’m hoping to go for 280-330ccs gummy silicone moderate profile under muscle. I don’t want them too big, I’m shooting for a full C just based on my small body type. This will be an early birthday gift to myself. I’m so excited!!

Had my surgery yesterday 7/16 with Dr. Perez-Guri. Amazing experience from start to finish. 350cc HP mentor under the muscle, incision in the fold. They were so nice & explained everything. I was done in about 45min with a 2 hour recovery then I went home. I took all my meds. My chest feels super tight! I’ve been taking my pain meds as needed. Overall I feel good. It just feels like I had an extreme chest workout. Saw the doctor today for a quick follow up. Everything looks great. I will be back next week for another check up & to learn the massages. I’m very pleased so far!

I was off my pain meds by day 3 or 4. Tightness still continues but not as bad as before. I started massages at day 10. I do the massages for 15 minutes sometime during the day or right before bed. My left boob is the champ right now, dropping nicely. Right boob is still really tight but starting to drop with the massages. I am currently wearing a sports bra during the day & a soft bralette at night. The sensitivity is REAL on both breast. You can’t really tell I got a boob job under normal shirts. I went back to work on day 10 & started driving myself on day 12. It feels weird to do certain everyday chores like washing dishes, driving etc. No pain just like I can feel the tightness when I flex my pec muscles. I’m taking it easy though & listening to my body. So far so good!
