How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

The Billing Department Could Use Some Acountability
Dr. Thornton is a sweetheart. I was quite apprehensive about having to switch to him after Dr. Elliott, but now I have no worries. However, the billing department there, Anne and Heather, is something different. Insurance companies have their perplexities. There's no arguing that. But when your insurance company is lied on for non-payment, that has nothing to do with them and everything to do with billing. I've offered to help by contacting my insurance company and the billing department there to rectify anything that has been unpaid. Why? Because I want them paid just as much as they do. The continuation of my procedure(s) hinges on it. I was taken off the surgery schedule after I was adamant about helping bring my account to a resolution. That is quite unprofessional and underhanded. Especially when you're lying and I have proof of payments being made.
