9+ weeks out now. Got sized at VS and soma. Both have me at 32 DDD. Cheap stores the same. I definitely didn’t want to be larger than a D, since I am fairly petite. 5’4’’ 109lbs. I am hoping that I get used to them and they won’t look and feel so big and heavy eventually. I have contemplated a revision but it sucks to think I’ve spent all that money, took time off work and had to recover from a surgery for nothing.
I guess take that as a lesson girls: “boob greed” was always on my mind when deciding a size. I read countless stories of girls wishing they had gone bigger and I didn’t want to have the same regret. Another PS sized me to get 320cc. I got 520cc. I’m not 20 years old so my goals were not to get the biggest implants that would fit in my body. Now I’m searching for bra minimizers and bras with tons of support so they’re not sagging down to my knees in 10 years, and so they don’t look so fake in work clothes. Let me tell you, those bras are not cute, dainty or sexy. I feel matronly in them but at this point I’ve given up trying to find cute ones that support and don’t add more volume. I know for sure if/when I need to replace these, I will downsize without a doubt.

8 weeks post op

They are large and in charge. Going from an A cup to a D/DD is quite a change. Trying to get used to them. It’s odd to go from looking for padded bras and hiding your small boobs to now trying to find bras that fit without irritating the incisions (still tender at times) and now trying to hide them so no one can tell. Someone at work has already noticed when I wore a form fitting dress. If I ever have to replace them I would definitely go smaller.

2.5 weeks post op

Sutures were removed from the nipples (reduction done) a few days ago and ever since then, the nerves must be back in action. I have more pain now than I have in prob 10 days or so. Odd but hopeful that this will resolve as soon as possible. They are softening a bit all over which is nice. PS does not want his pts to massage this early post op so just doing my normal activities, trying not to lift anything too heavy. Overall still happy I did it, I just want to fast forward the next 6 weeks!!!
