Here are my before pics! I currently love the size of my breasts but I also want that fake look and more upper pole fullness. I'm currently a 32D and was scheduled with Dr. Colgrove for June 25th for my breast augmentation. I was planning on getting Mentor silicone gel 450cc HP.

So I had my surgery and everything went well! I was very anxious going into surgery because I had never been put to sleep before but it was honestly such a breeze! Everyone there was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I will post some photo updates later as I still am in a lot of pain at the moment.
