Barely 34B. 5’7 133 lbs. 475 cc HP silicone

I’ve wanted this since a teenager and it’s finally happening. I couldn’t be more excited... and super nervous too. My surgery is April 12th. The countdown has begun! I’m currently barely a 34 b. 5’7 133 lbs. I originally chose 400 cc at my pre op but after trying on sizers decided to change to 450. I’ve been obsessed with this site. It’s made me even more excited but even more scared as well. I’ve seen so many surgeries that have needed revisions and I hope I’m not one of those people! But I’ve also seen so many that are awesome and my excitement outweighs my fears. Can’t wait to add my post op pics.

So I had my surgery this morning and everything went smoothly, pain was minimal 6-7/10 most of the afternoon when I got home but now it’s 1 am and my pain is like 9/10. Feels like my boobs are going to rip open and it hurts to breathe from rib expansion. I haven’t been able to sleep due to positioning. I’ve read reviews a lot and most people don’t mention that they experience a lot of pain, maybe I just don’t handle it well. Anyways besides that I am so happy I got this done, I ended up going with 475 high HP silicone unders.

Had my post op appt today. He said everything looks good. I was concerned about how high my left implant is sitting. It’s like digging into my upper arm and really really painful. But he said if we normal. At this point I’m already starting to get concerned about double bubble and one looking significantly bigger than the other. My PS did lower my crease so there’s always that risk. My left breast was already smaller so I’m not too too worried unless it looks outrageously different. As far as the size goes I think I’m going to love them. Only time will tell
