Office review: bad business

This office is a nightmare. I scheduled a procedure and paid a deposit with a payment method that then, immediately after processing the deposit charge, they refused to accept to pay the remainder of the balance for the procedure. I offered numerous other methods of payment, including direct bank transfer, cash, and credit card. They literally refused me any means of payment for the procedure, making it impossible to move forward (again, despite having already accepted payment of the deposit through means they claimed they could not accept payment for). Then, after the surgery date was missed and the services denied, they refused to return my deposit. Then, to top it all off, the office manager in charge of decision went so far as to claim he thought I was a fraud! Whoa, buddy. Fortunately my credit card company is backing me up and disputing the charge on my behalf. This doesn't change level of anger, hatred and disgust I feel toward this crooked practice. I am writing this review to see to it that their others are protected from the pain and suffering I have endured dealing with this office.
