Love my new boobies! They sir better and better everyday. Since I’m past the 4week mark I’m allowed to wear non-wired bras. Went and got measured and I’m a very full D they said I could even be a DD but I like the look of the D bra more. So 34D :) very happy gal

They're beautiful!!! Curious - where did you get measured? I've only been measured by VS and they swear I'm a 34 DD. I mean, all my bras from VS are 34 DD and fit perfectly, but we all know VS bras run kinda big and I still don't think mine look like doubles! Problem is, I've tried on 34 D bras from Target and the band is too tight. I guess my sister size would be a 36 D, right?

Thank you! I know vs always runs big usually but good for their sizes. So I measured at home as well and at an intimate store too(soma or like lingerie). All came to 34D. But like I said vs said I could easily be a dd, but I like the look of a d better. But as for bralettes it depends, one I have I had to get a large(used to be xs) then others medium maybe even small. Before I never really had to worry about the band just cup size so it's crazy it's a thing now! I used to be a 32 before but now 34 fits perfectly

@TheBreastAround you can google the sister size bra chart. If you're a 34D than you'd be a 36C or 38B. Never go more than 2 sizes because you lose the proper support you need. The higher the band number the smaller the cup to compensate. Hope this helps out.

They look so perfect how much did the surgery cost and what was the pain level from 1-10?

I got them on a "Black Friday special" so 2300$ all included(saline& I got a garment). Pain really wasn't bad at all to me. I went out to dinner that night of my surgery and around the beach the 2nd day. Just a little discomfort but nothing Tylenol didn't fix. They gave me Percocet but I really didn't use it

*They look really nice but if they went a tad smaller your nipples wouldn't point outward as much. Honestly saline has a silicone shell. I know plenty of ladies with saline who have more issues than ladies with silicone. Upon removal of their saline they found mold and unknown white substances within the implant. I hope your implants don't drop any further as you have a lot of lower pole. If they drop anymore you will start to look bottomed out. Wear a really good supportive bra as that will help. I wear a bra 90% of the time so my BL/BA results stay as nice as possible. Can I ask, next to your Dr name on here says Board Eligible not Board Certified....what does that mean? Anywho, I wanted saline initially but my PS told me the pros/cons and I decided on silicone. Either way their foreign objects within our bodies. Can't believe the price you paid for your boobies! Maybe you'll post an update so we can see how their settling?! Happy continued healing dear. *If you want to know of another good place to get sized, go to Nordstrom. Hope this helps you out. Take care. :-)

Crazy how much my boobs have moved in just 2 weeks! Never really any bad pain still. Main things
- my nipples are CRAZY sensitive.. always hard and almost feel like a old bruise and yeah lol
- I even had stool softeners and a laxative but my stomach was so backed up.. had me up one night in so much pain
Besides that, pretty easy sailing. I love them! They’re already so much softer!

Great Job. On a side note, I love your tattoos. They are well done and unique. Your new Breasts are beautiful and they have the added benefit of enhancing your cool body art.

I had a decent amount of tissue so I'm happy she went over the muscle! Made recovery even easier. They already feel so much softer and move way more. I can't wait until their full healed :)

You look absolutely beautiful! I'm in aww.. you look so much bigger than 350cc. Maybe swelling, but maybe because your over the muscle. Stunning is all I can say.

Thank you so much! I think it's just how small my frame is too that they look big. I'm 5'1 115 lbs and my whole mid section is tiny ! But I think over the muscle exposes it a tad more than under too

I had a breast augmentation on January 22nd, 2020 with Dr.Dejesus at Spectrum Aesthetics in Miami Florida. I had my surgery booked in November and have been so excited and now that I'm all done I am so happy with my choice. I was a little nervous at first regarding Spectrum as a facility after I have heard some nightmare stories about communication, staff, etc. For me personally, I have nothing but wonderful things to say! From the moment I started with my coordinator to now with my follow ups I have always been taken care of. Always kept up to track with when and where. I had some waits but nothing to bad or something I wasn't expecting. My doctor, AMAZING!! Her bedside manner was awesome and she perfectly explained to me everything and made me feel very comfortable going into the procedure. I had a decent amount of breast tissue beforehand so we went over the muscle, incision under breast fold, 350cc saline implants in both sides. I have had mild soreness but doing well! Love them already!

Love them! I want saline as well. Do you have a surgery ig? What helped you decide on saline? Can you post updated pics as time progresses?

Being able to know when/if it pops was a big one so I could get it fixed rather than have it sitting in there. And I know silicone has improved so much over the years but it's still iffy to me. I haven't hear my any bad stories about someone with saline. I also like the feel of saline. I had a decent amount of breast tissue before just not enough in the right places, so I didn't feel the need to spend the extra for that reason. It's only been 1 week but I feel them get softer and a little fluffier everyday, so no regrets!! And of course I'll post more pictures !
