Booby Progression

I can't believe its been over a month! Time has seriously flown by after week 3. After taking it easy the first three weeks, I returned back to work and got a personal trainer. I've decided that because I have new boobs, I now needed a hot new bod for the holidays! It's something I've been pushing off and am happy I picked up the phone and reached out. My gf also got her BA one week ago today, and we've been sharing stories and what not. Hers look so perfect!! No Franken boob or 'Snoopy' profile.
So far, I'm set to go 4 times a week and started last week. Yes, Dr. K set limitations for my work out as far as no running, no weights, no upper arm workouts. Luckily, my PT trains lots of women post BA surgery and understands the restraints. But it doesn't stop us from finding what works for me! Also, I take my bandage/bandeau with me and am not afraid to wear it...I paid a lot of money for these girls after all!!
Now that I'm this far along, I don't feel that my boobs are there! I still have numbness in the areas pointed out before, but I can feel itches and what feels like micro squiggly worms zinging through. I have hopes those are my nerves coming back to life. I'm still swollen in my chest area, as you can see from an angle, they're square. I really hope that goes away. Yay to the dropping!! From the profile, they have really gone down from Day 1 and that is exciting to see. No new stretch marks but I still use my oil to keep it under control as they settle in.
I've had to replace the steri strips twice now, and got a quick shot of the scarring before I bandaged them up again. My left looks amazing, which I'm shocked about. That one was the most itchy, and tender tinny memory. I thought it would be my problem child. My right is way more pink but looks great over all! I'm excited to start the healing treatment tomorrow as I see Dr. K in the AM.
I'm finally able to sleep on my side but I keep a pillow under my boob so that it has support. I'm not able to lay on my back with my arms over my head..that seems to physically be the only thing I can't do when relaxing.
I think that covers everything but lmk if you ladies have any questions!! Thank you guys for checking in :)

Left boob concerns/Contraction questions

Since the removal of the glue, I noticed that the bottom of my left boob was just as tender as my nipple sensation. Sort of feeling like raw skin. While massaging, I felt a hard lump(?) I think would be the best way to describe it, on a part directly under my nipple. Once I felt it, it was an immediate tender pain! I sort of pushed it in and it went to the right part of my breast so I decided to massage that as well though it was painful.
It seemed to disappear afterward. My gf told me it's a "floater". Wth is that?! She couldn't explain it too much except that it could be sensitive fat but I've never experienced a "floater".
Also, each morning, my chest muscles seem to contract/pulse (literally waking me up). It feels good to me, similar to stretching your muscles in the morning. Anybody else out there experience this? My right does not react as aggressively as my left. Today my left seems to be harder & heavy (how I feel inside) as though the implant is more noticeable physically. They physically feel the same but my left breast is TENDER!! It feels heavy when sitting up or walking. This is my smaller boob, both of which revived 485cc. It still sits a bit higher. I'm fearing that it can be capsular contraction and that my left isn't accepting the implant as my right has :/
