Hello everyone! This will be lengthy FYI, my first BA experience. I have been wanting boobs since I was 15. Seemingly young, I knew early on that I wouldn't be blessed with the D/DD's that have embraced all the other women in my family.
At age 18 I went from 102lbs to 130lbs in a matter of months. That was quite a shock for my body and it was due to the Depo Provera shot. As a result, I now have stretch marks on my inner thighs and on my boobs. I went from completely flat to a small B cup by 22. My weight is normally around 123-125 at 5'2". Now at 30, I'm only lucky to be a C cup when it's that time of the month...and then Cinderella leaves the Ball by midnight (or in my case, when it's over). I go from feeling full and plump to deflated and saggy every month. So awful! Now I'm excited to say that my dream is coming true. Cinderella will remain at the ball!!
DETAILS:
After going to my second consultation, I had decided then and there that was the PS for me. Dr. Khorsandi is personable, wasn't going through the motions of information, and listened to my concerns. I didn't show him what I wanted because we were touching so much on other subjects it didn't come up. I'm pretty descriptive and the utilization of the Vectra 3D imaging was truly useful. We decided on 485CC, smooth round moderate profile, under, with an Inframammary incision. I can not recall the brand but I will update in another post.
With my natural boobs, I feel as though they are pointy. I didn't want to go with high profile because the projection is there. The first PS wanted me to go 480L & 500R, high profile. Luckily with Dr. Khorsandi' guidance, he showed me that result and it was the exact opposite of what I wanted. I saw (what I call) torpedo boobies on the screen and he assured me that I'd be best with a Moderate profile. He also noted that my R was slightly bigger than my L, which was opposite from the previous PS. Lesson here, don't be afraid to shop around for opinions. It's your body!
My ultimate goal is to have round and full boobs that have a natural appearance and drop as well as gorgeous side boob. My current side boob truly looks like they were permanently smashed by a book! He did explain that with my decision, it will fill in that space. I am thankful to have found this site because before here, I couldn't get an insight of personal stories. This is great.
Question ladies; I don't have sensitive nipples at all. The feeling in them are almost non existent. Any women available to speak on their experience of having sensation afterward, though not having any before?

I am a 32C at VS and I wear the bras that add two cup sizes. My breasts are getting full as I get closer to my menstruation date so they are regularly smaller than this. Looking back on the Vectra images, I almost feel as though I should go bigger for the look I want?

Surgery day
Yesterday was surgery day. I was pretty calm while waiting. I was happy to get another face time with Dr. Khorsandi just before going in. He eased my mind in knowing that I had made the right decision for the results I want.
Waking up I did feel pressure along my chest and rib cage. I was given pain medication and the ride home (about 15-20 mins) wasn't bad at all! Not being able to use my arms has been a challenge! Definitely have to have someone with you for recovery at all times.
I did wake up three times between meds due to muscle spasms. My upper back muscles are very tense as well as my armpit muscles so I'm lightly massaging where I can. I slept upright last night and will try laying on my back tonight. I'm normally a stomach sleeper so this is a big adjustment for me!

Post-Op check up!
So today was booby reveal day!
I got up around 10am and was able to get myself out of bed. Getting dressed is still a bit of a challenge so I'm happy that I have assistance.
I went out for lunch and had some soup and a couple bites of lettuce wraps. My appetite isn't there but I know I have to eat with these medications. Walking around, I could really feel the tightness in my chest but nothing unbearable. It's still hard to maneuver without being able to use your arms but it's manageable! Just sore.
Then afterward, straight to the Dr's office to remove my bandage! They look beautiful, I am very happy with them. I'm hoping they won't shrink too much and I can't wait until they drop. I was told they should relax by 3 weeks. I finally have full side boob and the roundness I sought after!!
