I? was always a full 34C and I? loved my breasts. They were perfectly shaped, had volume and were proportionate to my frame. However, after a year of breastfeeding and losing weight my once full breasts are now like half filled sand bags flapping in the wind! I? know you breastfeeding mamas out there understand. After doing months of research and meeting with two ps in the Chicago area I decided to go with Dr Peter Geldner of the Geldner Center. The consultation was professional and thorough. He addressed all of my questions and didn’t downplay any of the risks involved with the surgery. I? opted for the 450cc inspira full, larger than I? anticipated, but I loved the way the sizers look on my frame. The inspira full is supposed to be good for people who have lost a lot of volume (upper pole?). At my preop appointment Dr Geldner took his time, addressed my concerns, reviewed all of my meds and I tried on the sizers again. I’m happy with my choice. My surgery is scheduled for 11/21 - less than 2 weeks! I’ve attached the 3D vectra Imaging so you can see my before and after. I? hope this review helps others as much as this app has helped me!

4 days out from surgery and nervous!

I’m 4 days out from my surgery and I’m beginning to get anxious. I? feel confident in my doctor - his reviews are outstanding and he comes highly recommended from a friend who has a career in the plastic surgery industry. I? have researched the risks and understand the potential for infection and implications. I? know that resting and taking care of my implants will help to prevent complications after the surgery. I? also am confident in my implant choice - Natrelle Allergan Inspira full 450cc - these have received outstanding reviews and achieve the most natural look even with a high profile. I? am, however, nervous about the pain. I? read one woman’s review who equated recovery with childbirth!!! Please tell me this is not true...!!!!! I? am also anxious about not being able to workout. I’m a Fitness competitor and lift 5-6 days a week. How have other athletes handled the down time? How soon after did you start with light weights? I? fear I? will lose all of my gains, especially in my legs and glutes. I? am actually looking forward to losing some size and muscle in my upper body. As of can see from the pictures. I? have a very athletic build especially if my upper body.
