Had the pre-op appointment yesterday and getting so nervous! Up the size of the implants a little bit from the original meeting with the doctor. I’ve been reading a lot and talking to people. I don’t want to regret getting them too small but I also don’t want giant Pamela Anderson balloons since my frame is small and couldn’t probably rock it like Pam.
Decided on 390 for my left cause it’s bigger and 410 for my right. Chose the teardrop cause I like them a bit more than round. The doctor suggests the textured implants due to its slightly less chance of rupture. I’m super nervous. Picked up all my meds today. If you have Kaiser, have your doctor send prescription there! It was only $20 for all the meds.
Ordered kimono silky robe to wear for the first few days and the knees pillow to help keep me on my back.
The photo is from pre-op with the sizers. They look a little strange cause there’s no cleavage haha

What is your profile? Weight / height? I got mine done around the same time 355and they aren’t as big as I thought was considering getting them redone but I’m a little hesitant on the size . Like you I don’t want to look like Pam !

Good to know thanks! I’m 5’4 120, I too had mine done w dr song a week before you 4/6 , I went in asking for 280 and during post op he recommended 355 at least... I should have gone higher.. I think I’m going to get it resized after 6 mo visit , my right side is smaller so I want to get that redone anyway

12 hr after surgery

RSMember17716

It’s been 12 hours. The pain is tolerable but I keep waking up at night every couple of hours since I’m not used to sleeping on my back. My new babies are looking good. Can’t wait til they drop. I like my size so far and hope that it will drop beautifully.

The pain/soreness just feels like you have two big rocks on your chest, lots of pressure. But like I said, bearable.

When I got home the first thing I did was eat. Like chow down. I was so hungry and Thirsty. My surgery time was 3:30 so the period of time I couldn’t eat while watching other people eat was brutal. Ha.

Anyone have advice about sleeping? I have always been a side sleeper :(

PAIN!!!!! Woke up in pain. The worst pain I’ve had. But the new babies look good and I was able to shower. Will never forget to wake up at 3am and take another painkiller again! That helped so much not to wake up in hideous pain. Try to move my arms as much as I can. Photo is after shower and removed the markers.
