WORTH IT$4,600
I’m 29, 5’9” 157lbs and yesterday I received 380cc saline high profile implants. Prior to surgery my breast we deflated from breast feeding. I was a 34A but could wear a padded B. I’m into working out and am a competitive runner so I didn’t want to go too large. I was fullness and as natural looking as possible. Very happy with my surgeon Dr Ortegon and my recovery so far. Will update later!

Finally was able to shower! Taking the surgical bra off is sweet relief, it’s been a little snug. But at the same time not having support felt weird. Not having a lot of pain today, just feeling really sore.

Comfy post op bra!
Bmw006August 3, 2018
Ok I’m 4 days post op, the surgical bra was doing ok, but after day 2 it was just waaaay too tight in the band and it was almost squeezing me forward kind of hunch back. So I got in contact with my nurse (Kudos to Dr Ortegons nurse Cynthia who is always available via text to answer any question) and she suggested I get the Hanes Comfort Flex bra (none of which have wire). She suggested a nylon stretch one versus the one with cups. So comfy & good support and I can adjust the straps to do the “X” pattern in the back and give me even better support. I did buy a brilliant contours bra, I love it but I don’t feel like it’s snug enough. I ordered a M and should have maybe got a S instead (I’m 5’9 157lbs). I also recommend that one as well.
