Awesome Staff and Dr

I made an appointment 10 days ago for a consultation regarding breast implant removal and a possible lift. From the very first phone call, the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She took all of my information, got me registered, and scheduled my appointment with ease.
Today, 5/29/26, was my consultation, and from the moment I walked into Dr. Stevenson’s clinic, I could immediately tell that everyone there genuinely loves what they do. Every staff member I encountered was compassionate, professional, and truly cared about the patients walking through the door.
After my initial intake, blood pressure check, and discussion about why I was there and my goals, I met with Dr. Stevenson. She took the time to ask detailed questions about my previous breast surgeries, what concerns brought me in, and what I hoped to achieve moving forward. I never once felt rushed.
We thoroughly discussed what my breasts may look like after surgery, the different surgical options available, pricing and cost breakdowns, potential surgery dates, and the process of submitting to insurance to see if any portion could be covered. I was especially impressed that by the time I got home, the authorization request had already been submitted and was pending insurance review.
While I do not yet have a surgery date scheduled as we wait on insurance approval, I fully intend to have Dr. Stevenson perform my surgery to help me achieve my ultimate goals. My experience from start to finish was reassuring, compassionate, and professional, and I am incredibly thankful for the care I received.
