Dr. Rahban,
Speechless.
I am absolutely speechless with my outcome. My breast augmentation is everything I could’ve imagined and more. From start to finish, my fears were extinguished by Dr. Rahban and I knew I had come to the right place. I knew we would work together as a good team because he reassured me from the moment I shared how I was feeling. My number one fear was dying because I heard general anesthesia was used and I had never had that or been put under. I realized in building rapport with Dr. Rahban, that it was no longer a concern. He reassured me and heard me out and let me rant about the fear and then we moved on when I felt ready to move on. We discussed my vision, and I am truly amazed that he brought to life the exact look I was going for. Even though I am a “ trust the process” girl, it was absolutely insane to me that in following his process, providing pictures of breasts that were “ too small, too, big and just right” I am still baffled at the fact that I have my exact size and shape I wanted. Truly skilled. Talented. Hands-down incredible surgeon. I didn’t try on any implants, or put them in my bra as I had done at a previous consult and it just never felt right anywhere else I had gone. I strongly recommend you go to other consults to be able to see the vast difference in the level of care and fidelity you are given at a consultation. I’m not sure what sort of superpower Dr. Rahban has, but I chalk it up to be talent and integrity in his work. The feel I got from him is that he is particular in the best way, precise in every way and overall very intentional in his work and attentiveness and attention to detail. I am about 7 weeks post op and my scarring is already minimal. I cannot imagine as time goes on. Nothing but great things to say about him and the ease of my breast augmentation journey. I had never come across a surgeon who also is so intentional with post care. I have another visit at about the year mark, from when I saw him, but I saw him 3 times for my post-op appointments following my breast augmentation surgery and it was so reassuring that they still care and deem these appointments to be important for patient care. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. I wasn’t willing to skimp out on attentiveness, attention to detail, precision in scarring, and overall five star quality work so I chose Dr. Rahban. It’s too bad I only have one pair of breasts or I would be back. Haha! It’s been such a blessing and I am beyond grateful for the feel of my breasts, the guidance along the way to refrain from physical activity for 6-weeks. It’s refreshing to have a surgeon that is telling you non-negotiables up front and important in you as the patient to not listen to what every other person who has had surgery has done. I believe people have issues because they go to a surgeon who is in it for the money, not what is practical for the patient and often times the patient ends up unhappy as the result of choosing a size that doesn’t work for them and having a surgeon who is in agreement due to desperation for just wanting the money. The staff, Tiffany at the front desk welcomed me and made me feel as though I was a guest in her house as I sat in the lobby. Sally, a very kind, thorough person who explained all the costs, breakdown and process to me and was absolutely a joy. From start to finish, I have nothing but good things to say. If you are looking for a seamless process when getting a breast augmentation, take my word. Don’t skimp out because “ you could’ve paid so much less,” “ when your heart knows you deserve quality care. I was fearful going into surgery, however if you trust and have faith in the 1st interaction with your surgeon, you know you are in the right place. I also have to say. Dr. Rahban focuses on you as a person. I can’t tell you how many podcasts of his I listened to as a way to get to know who was operating on me due to feeling as though trust is the foundation to a successful surgery. To understand the kind of human he is and how his brain works in assessing if a patient is a good candidate. I saw him assessing my behaviors and my comfort level in the room when I was being measured/ and we were figuring out sizing to ensure my comfort with surgery and the process that I was getting myself into. It wasn’t about the money, it was ensuring I was comfortable, relaxed and whether I felt safe. I felt all of those things. Such a professional and kind individual who has changed my life in more ways than I can say thanks for. The day of surgery was a breathe of fresh air. Being able to see him before I went into surgery was even more reassuring to know I had come to the right place. He sat with me the morning of and heard me out; though I repeated myself and made me feel heard as though I was speaking these words for the 1st time. He didn’t say “ I know you already told me that, he didn’t rush me, he just listened and allowed me to discover in my heart whether I believed I came to the right place or not; all the while providing the reassurance I needed on my big day. I also want to add. It is ever so important to do your part as the patient in adhering to what Dr. Rahban tells you. It’s not worth rushing the process. Dr. Rahban made it easy for me to want to adhere to his recovery tips due to him paying such close attention to detail for me. If you are contemplating breast augmentation surgery, I can assure, you are in the best hands.
