4 month update 34AAA->32DDD/34DD
Recovery has been going really well! I feel like I am almost back to normal, still feeling some general upper body weakness. Numbness and tingling is no longer an issue! I still feel like my boobs are dropping slightly, the dropping has significantly slowed down; my PS says I should be done now. My boobs feel soft, no longer tight or stiff. I can feel the implant with my hands; some wrinkling, when I bend over, but not internally, just by touching my skin. This isn't surprising since I started with almost no breast tissue before surgery. When standing/sitting normally I can't feel wrinkling with the implant. My scars are very light and are healing really well (I have been using a silicone based scar cream). I am back to going to the gym consistently, running, and mountain biking with minimal issues (general upper body weakness as stated above). I did need to take my nipple piercings out due to irritation around the nipple. Wearing bras was putting pressure around the nipple and really couldn't find a solution. I am in love with the results. I have had alot of compliments that they fit my body frame well.
Background: Before surgery I was a 34AAA. I am 130lbs and 5'5''. I had 440 HP silicone implants placed below the muscle. My surgery was 4 months ago. I am in my 30's, active, with no kids.

Post-Op going well!
I am going on week 5 post-op and things are going really well! Surgery day was a breeze! The nurses, surgical staff, and my plastic surgeon were all so calming, efficient, and attentive to my needs and questions.
My boobs are dropping really nice! The only post-op issues I have experienced is skin irritation around the boob and nipple. It feels like an intense sunburn! It has gone away some, since I am going on week 5, but I still feel it occasionally. I would love to hear if you have experienced this as well.
I still have a bit more to drop, but loving the size and way they look so far! I was really good at taking photos initially; so you will see some from the first week and then some recently. Side note-my left nipple has always looked that way. That did not occur from surgery.
