My surgery is scheduled for 12/09; it's a long time away, but I mountain bike 3-4x/week so looking to get this procedure done during off season. I haven't set on an implant size yet, but looking for a 34C or 34D outcome.

Pre-op was today

My pre-op appointment was today and I am so excited. I tried on several sizers; it's definitely been a battle of trying to find what I like, what my future self will like and to get past the "These are huge" reaction. Coming from such small breasts previously any breasts at all feel large. I am looking at a range of 395cc->415cc high profile. I really like the look of full breasts so hoping that this will achieve the look!

I think you’re going to look great and you have pretty good anatomy to start with. I had surgery 4 years ago but never made a review. I do think you’re pretty thin so I’d go with the smaller of your options. I had 325 put in and I was similar to your size at the time, I do thinking could have gone up about 25ccs. Some people still think 325 looks big on me but I think it’s proportionate. I think 395+ would definitely give you a full look.

Try your best not to lie on your stomach! Will be hard picking up anything that isn't very light, or raising your hands for a week or so

Hi! I'm 2 weeks PO. A neck pillow needs to be on the top of your list. I bought and love both the Wacoal B-smooth Mastectomy and Target's In-Motion Medium Support Zip-Front Seamless bras. A button-up sleep shirt was a god-send the first 3-4 days, too. Wishing you good luck! You will be fine - you're athletic, and it mostly just feels like having had a good chest workout for about the first 1-1.5 weeks.
