Week 8: Update
-Was cleared to lift and did some tricep push downs on the cables and it felt suuuper weird so I’m holding off on anything upper body until 3 months post-op
-Was cleared for nipple piercings at 3 months post-op so I’m excited!
-Running has been great and no issues there!
-I put bio oil on my scars religiously 2x a day
-Will do another update at 12 wks/3 months post-op

Week 7: Update
7 week post-op visit went great!
-I am cleared to run and lift but no chest exercises until I’m 3 months post-op
-Right now I’m just doing more high impact workouts and lower body routines in the weight room
-I put Bio Oil on my scars 2x a day (morning and night)
-My 2 high impact bras from Amazon are AWESOME! I’ve attached the screenshot so you can see! I ordered “Medium Plus” because my band size is small even though my cup size is big. It definitely holds the girls in great and it’s a more cost-effective alternative to SheFit bras although I do plan to order some in the near future!
-I’ve also got pictures of my before and after side by side and WOW I can’t believe how awesome they look!
