Amazing breast augmentation - the results are perfect

Thank you so much for my amazing breast augmentation results. You have delivered above and beyond all my expectations, I absolutely love them! I would recommend Star Clinic to anyone and everyone. From my first email to my aftercare every single member of staff has been attentive, caring and supportive of my needs. The 5 star reviews that Star clinic has are well deserved and a true reflection of all the hard work this team put in. When I first emailed star clinic I received a reply from Ilias who was extremely helpful, answering all my questions promptly without hesitation and in full. I found other clinics that I had approached while doing my research very lacking in this area which was a huge red flag for me. I needed the reassurance that if I required assistance after the surgery it would be dealt with quickly, so thank you Ilias for helping me with my decision. I was extremely nervous when I first met Mr Marando but I needn’t have been, he was so down to earth and caring. I could tell straight away he had paid attention to my initial emails and only showed me implants that suited my requests, he also explained the procedure and possible risks in great detail so I was fully informed. I left my breast size in Mr Marando’s hands, only explaining to him that I wanted to look similar to how I do in my ultra padded bra and that I’d rather be too big than too small. He gave me his opinion on what would suit my body size and look natural. He explained how choosing the sizing using body measurements worked which I wasn’t aware of and also the risks of the highest profile which left us in agreement as to which range of sizes would be most suitable. I had one further telephone consultation with him before even deciding on surgery which was very helpful for any questions I had forgotten to ask. But I was reassured if I needed any more information I could book another consultation, call or send an email nothing was too much trouble. Throughout my experience with star clinic I was in constant contacted with Rowen (Mr Marando’s PA) she arranged all my appointments and made courtesy calls to remind me about them and to explain any further details. Again from my experience with other clinics that I’d enquired with this didn’t happen, so it was nice that the same person was contacting me and on the other end of the phone when I called. After deciding star clinic was the place for me I had my pre op consultation with Serena the practice manager, she greeted me with the biggest, warmest smile and put me instantly at ease. From my pre op to the after care, Serena was always available and even called me several times after my surgery to check up on me, offering advice and reassurance. Serena was the first person that I woke up to after surgery which helped put me at ease, seeing a familiar friendly face. She also helped me to my car when leaving the day after my surgery and greeted my family with the same level of affection. I decided to stay the night at star clinic after my surgery, I live nearly an hour away and wasn’t sure about how I’d handle the pain so it was advisable. On the day of my surgery I was welcomed by the nurses and shown to my own private room. It’s a beautiful clinic, brand new, with the best amenities, it felt like a hotel rather than a hospital. Mr Morando came to see me before the surgery, he was extremely professional and courteous. After meeting the anaesthetist I was then ready to go, I walked with Serena into the surgery room and was greeted by the kindest lady I believe her name is Julie (sorry if not) She was like an angel and literally held my hands as soon as I entered and offered constant reassurance until I was put to sleep, I’m not sure I’d have been so calm without her. During my night at star clinic I was checked on by two lovely nurses and a Dr, who was there just incase. I felt like I was in the best hands and they made my stay very comfortable, I was given a choice of food and they even offered to go and get anything they didn’t have. Mr Marando checked up on me again the following morning and made sure I was well informed before leaving. I am now six weeks post op and my breast augmentation results are perfect, exactly how I imagined. I’ve already had so many compliments from those that are aware of my procedure, how the sizing is perfect for me and how natural they look. Those that are not aware that I’ve had surgery have not mentioned a thing which is exactly what I wanted, to just look like me but without the need for the super padded bra! My scars are already looking amazing, barely noticeable and very neat. Thank you Mr Marando and all the staff at star clinic, you are all a credit to your profession, Star Clinic really is outstanding in every way. I now understand why you have so many 5 star reviews!
