Amazing! I ended up going with 375CC Natrelle Inspira Silicone implants

Amazing!

I had always considered getting plastic surgery (I have a small list of things that I know would boost my confidence 10x over) and thought that it might be time seeing as I was now in the position where I have someone to care for me, the money, and the time. I had generally tried to stay away from bathing suits and tank tops because I was extremely self conscious. I was a 32aa and I'm very petite (5'3" and about 98lbs) so it looked like I had basically no chest and I felt like no one took me seriously because I looked like I was a teen. It was an extremely nervous time for me but I knew it was a good idea and I thought, "Why not?" My confidence would change and I would end up feeling ten times better about myself, and I was right!
I called around and spoke with a few different doctors and Dr. Nguyen's office was by far my top choice just based off of the inquiry alone. I had spoken to a few people who wouldn't even give me the time of day or very basic information over the phone and Dr. Nguyen's staff always made me feel like I was important and made the time to answer my questions. Upon going in to the office, everyone was very professional and friendly. I felt completely at ease and really comfortable with everything. He went over the procedure, all of my options and questions in full detail and I knew it was what I wanted to do. I went ahead and booked my procedure and started getting a bit nervous. I ended up going with 375CC Natrelle Inspira Silicone implants. I wanted to be bigger, but didn't want to look ridiculous since I'm so small.
When it was finally time, the nurses made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Nguyen even asked if it was ok to pray with me before the surgery, which made me feel so much better as I had been sitting there doing it on my own beforehand. They wheeled me in, the anesthesiologist told me to count and it was done. The whole process was smooth and my recovery was just as anticipated. I did have some additional nerve pain and nausea but he was very understanding and wrote me an additional prescription so I wouldn't be suffering through my recovery.
I've been to quite a few post-op appointments now, as I'm about 6 or so months post-op and I feel better than ever. My scars are nearly gone, it's just the color that is sticking for a bit longer which I've read is totally normal. I didn't use any creams or anything for them. I do have some trouble sleeping on my side (I'm a huge side sleeper) occasionally but it's getting better. I do notice that when my fiancé and I have sex, it's uncomfortable if he puts too much pressure but I believe that's mostly me just not being 100% used to it. There's absolutely no pain and I've been able to go back to pretty much everything I used to do.
I'm so happy I decided to go through with the surgery and I'm glad I decided to go with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. I can finally feel comfortable and confident in bathing suits and am almost always in tank tops or without a sweater covering my chest. I've actually even gained weight so I'm starting to fill out in other areas as well (though I'm still petite) which is amazing. I definitely contribute it to my overall happiness and the change in my confidence. I'm not 100% on my size yet because I haven't been able to get properly sized with COVID, but I can definitely say I am a C or D based on the way the simple bras from target are fitting me.
I will definitely be recommending, and have, to everyone I know and go to them for any future items I want done. Thank you guys for making it so amazing!

Looks really good. Congrats! Are they moderate or extra full? 375 cc is available in both those profiles!

How tall are you?

My height is buried in there next to my weight near the beginning lol, but I'm 5'3"

Your results came out fantastic! I am trying to figure out how many cc's to go so that's why I was curious as your height. We are similar in height and build. I'm still in the consulting phase and I hope when I have surgery to end up with with the look you have achieved.

Thank you! How many are you thinking? I can tell you from my experience that bigger is better is you are between two. I was originally thinking of lower 300cc's because I didn't want to look huge and fake but still wanted that full look. My husband mentioned that he was afraid if I went too small I would regret it and had me do the rice sizers at home a few different times of day for a number of days lol I ended up doing the 375cc because I felt like even if it was a bit over what I wanted, I knew it would still be a good result. I actually toyed with 400cc as well because my Dr said I could go to that and still look pretty good, but I was way too nervous. Looking back, I almost wish I had gone to 400cc because I know now that they have settled a lot and I'm at 6 months it would have still been great, probably even closer to my wish pics. I am very happy though with the size I got, but definitely glad I want bigger than more conservative and smaller. I would have been really unhappy with anything less and probably would have it redone. I hope it goes well for you! Definitely post your progress, it will be nice to see someone with similar build and how your journey goes! :)

@ice having similar stats are only part of the result. It's truly based on your BWD. You both could have the same exact cc's and stats but with different BWD you'll have different results. Here's a bit of info I found helpful along the way. Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. The day after po, your boobs will look small from being compressed. Don't let that discourage you bc I was like what?!? But after d&f things get bigger & better! I hope this bit of information has helped you out. Good luck, keep us updated and I hope you start a review.

Im not sure how many cc's. I have been on a couple consults and one dr said he would do 300 to 350cc's. I asked him what about 375, and his reply was that he could do 375 to 425cc's. So I was like well would 425 will be too big? And he said to not concentrate on the numbers. The next doctor I went to consult with after him did vectra imaging. I asked about 375 and he said I could do that but then he put the view of 325 and said that would look nice too,. So I asked him would 400 be too big for me and he said yes. So right now Im not sure.

I definitely understand what @spunkcow was saying. I would take that into consideration too, if you are the same build you could use my pictures for your doctor too if you want for questions I totally don't mind. I would say that if you've only talked to two doctors I would try maybe one or two more if possible. I met 3 and did a virtual consult with a 4th and I had two that said anything over 350 would be "way too big" for my body type and I would look extremely fake, while the 3rd didn't want to comment like yours did and said just do what makes you happy. Then finally I got Dr. Nguyen who told me straight that I could go up to 400 and have a mostly normal look, but anything past that would be the realm where I didn't want to be. He also said that I have thin skin so I took that into account and thought anything over 425ish would have been up in the air since it would show my veins and stuff which I really didn't want. Realistically, it's really up to you like that last one said but I feel like him telling you straight up that it would be "too big" was a bit of a bold move because what if you want a fuller set of breasts or want that look. It's interesting that you asked about 375 and he put you into 50cc less on the view. Kind of seems like he is more conservative all around which may not be the best fit depending what you are looking to achieve. My friend had a similar doctor to that and he was adamant that the bigger size wouldn't look good because it would be too big and she ended up changing right before surgery and had them redone by someone else about a year later because she was unhappy with how small they looked and how much he pushed.

They look amazing. How long did it take for them to drop would you say?
