Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend Dr. Burns

Had my surgery today with Dr. Burns and he was absolutely amazing. He made me feel so comfortable along with his whole staff, my boobs are looking so great already. I went with 450cc high profile saline implants. I feel like Dr. Burns really listened to my wants and he chose the perfect size for me. The first pic is my before, 2nd and 3rd pics are 12 hours post op today

I’m feeling so great, only experiencing some tightness where the muscle is stretching from the implant being placed underneath. I couldn’t be happier with the shape and evenness, so happy I went with Dr. Burns. I can’t wait to see them progress over the next few weeks :)

I feel great not taking Tylenol or any pain meds just daily vitamins, still sleeping sitting up and wearing my surgical bra 24/7 except when showering. They’re starting to drop and fluff out from the original boxy look. For stats I’m 5’4 125lbs the implants added about 2lbs to my weight. I’m very happy I went with the size Dr. Burns recommended I originally was going for a full C but he said the 450ccs would look perfect and they definitely do. I think I’ll be a full D after healing!
