550cc Silicone Submuscular breast implants!

A few hours post-op and I feel amazing! I had a bilateral breast augmentation this morning with Dr. Schreiber. The whole experience was a breeze because of staff at Timonium surgery center! The staff was so friendly and attentive I felt extremely comfortable the entire time!

I am 29 years old, 120lbs and 5'8. I have had two children both breast fed and they are now 7 and 3 years old. I wore a size 32 A cup in an unlined bra and a 32 B in a push-up bra (Victoria's Secret) sizing before my surgery. I have been wanting a breast augmentation since I was a teenager from around 12 years old till 18 i spent my time in the mirror waiting till the day my boobies would "come in" but a larger chest was Not in the cards for me naturally. I have always been very active, exercise daily, eat healthy and been able to maintain my figure through the years and the pregnancies but these BOOBS just went right back down after I stopped breastfeeding! After I was positive I was not having anymore kiddos I knew it was time to get the "TWINS" I've always dreamed about I am SO HAPPY I DID!

I did a TON and I mean a TON of research before choosing my doctor! I made sure to go to several consults with other plastic surgeons and when I entered Dr. Schreiber's off I knew that was the place I wanted to be! His staff is so gorgeous and friendly! Jean and Nancy are INCREDIBLE and everyone really makes you feel welcome! There aren't enough words to describe Dr. Schreiber. His talents are unmatched and it's been a pleasure being his patient! I chose to have 550cc, silicone, moderate plus profile place sub-muscularly. With my height and weight and width they looked Phenomenal during my pre-op visit when I got to try on different sizes in an un-padded bra. I will be honest there was a little nervousness when I arrived home the same night after choosing! I kept googling and reading 550 "sounds" large but Dr. Schreiber called and was so attentive answering my questions which reconfirmed MY choice for the 550's and made me feel extremely good about everything along the way. I knew I made all of the best decisions for my body! I had surgery around 7 am today and I feel like my breasts already look SOO STUNNING I CANT BELIEVE IT! Dr. Schreiber is like Michelangelo with the scalpel he's got the Statue of David is checking ME out. Haha I will post some more photos each day as they "drop and fluff". ;) Thanks for reading!

Hello there, it’s day two of my recovery and I still feel SOO happy and extremely excited to go through the next stage of healing! The “drop and fluff” process! This is where the magic happens and I am READY! I have some burning sensations in between my breasts towards the cleavage area. Nothing too painful and it is manageable with ibuprofen and ice packs. Just let’s me know my body is working! So far NO bruising!!! Dr. Schreiber gave me some Arnica Montana tablets to begin two days prior to surgery and I believe it has contributed in helping my recovery. I was able to shower this morning and having the bra off for a few minutes felt great, as soon as I was finished I put the bra back on and feel amazing, supported and only sore at times. I am still taking the Arnica Montana. Also, the belly bloat is REAL! I have abs I’ve worked very hard for years for but they seem to have disappeared in TWO days and I have taken on the same appearance as when I was 6 months pregnant! ???????? All part of the journey! I can’t wait to get back into my normal routine, all in good time! Here’s a few pic, sorry about the marker on my chest I was NOT trying to scrub it off and hurt my boobies lmao!

STILL FEELING GREAT! I'm so happy with my decision and excited to go through this healing process! I've had minimal discomfort just a slight burning sensation between my breasts where I never really had cleavage haha. Nothing excruciating or unbearable, ibuprofen and Tylenol are working just fine for me! The stronger pain meds were making it very hard to stay awake and extremely hard to pee (sorry tmi) but I would have to sit there for 5 minutes or longer and REALLY CONCENTRATE before I could get any pee to come out. That's better since switching to the extra strength Tylenol during the day time.
The girls are still swollen but let me just say they are BEAUTIFUL!!! For only being 4 days out they are so EVEN and feel like apart of me that's been missing! I love my figure already and cannot wait to get the gauze off and see them for the first time NAKED! I've taken a few photos today. This is a procedure I've been dreaming about for 20 years and I am embracing every moment of the process. Stay tuned for more updates :)
