I am currently pre-op and will provide a full review once I have made it through my breast augmentation. So far, my experience with Buckhead Plastic surgery has been superb. I am 11 days out and can't wait to update!

Before photos and a little about me.

Hi, ladies! I'm excited to finally start posting my journey!
I'm 31, 4'11" and 113lbs. and have wanted this for as long as I can remember. I come from a family of women with large breasts, but I missed that gene. Until recently, I was a 32A, but have deflated to a 32AA due to losing weight and becoming more fit.
I've only been to a few consultations, but I felt when I found Dr. Larsen that he is "the one". I found him on a Google search, checked his before/afters, reviews and then RealSelf. The man is truly an artist and a breast enthusiast-- exactly the type of person I want building my dream breasts.
Originally I was planning on 350cc, but at pre-op on Wednesday, we (my partner and I) decided to "go big or go home" and upped it to 450cc moderate+ or high profile (he ordered both and will decide once he opens me) Naturelle silicone gummies, inframammary incision.
I am SO EXCITED. I decided on the Thursday before Labor Day to give myself the long weekend and not have to take as much PTO-- and then I found out from my company that they are actually going to let me use sick time, so I'm taking an extra day (surgery on Thursday, returning to work on Wednesday).
My prescriptions are filled and awaiting pickup. I have my zip front sports bras washed and ready to go. Now we wait!

Hi! I see that you have nipple piercings. Do you need to remove them? I want to eventually get a lift but I'm scared I have to remove my piercings!
August 21, 2019
Hi! I'll only remove them for the surgery. The girls in the office actually said they'll help me put them back in at my follow-up the next day!

Wow, you weren't kidding! You have very similar stats to me pre-OP. Really excited for you and wish you a speedy recovery! What is your starting breast width diameter if you dont mind me asking?
August 22, 2019
No worries at all! So even though I'm a 32 band size, my BWD is 14. My PS believes I have minor pectus excavatum, which is an inward sloping of the rib cage. It makes my breast tissue distribute more widely-- so while I may have a little bit of tissue, it is so widely distributed that there is very little protrusion. He has ordered moderate+ and high profile and determine which to use once he is able to inspect.

What level of cohesiveness? Soft touch or responsive?

Honestly I'm not certain. Sorry!

Four. More. Days.

SassyRed87
Four days from this moment, I will likely be propped up on the couch with my snuggly stuffed bunny and a great murder documentary from Discovery ID. Three days of work stand between me and a day I’ve been looking forward to most of my life.
Today I’m checking things off my “to do” list. Colored my hair, cleaned my showers, purged my closet, got all the laundry done. I should her from the surgery center on Tuesday to let me know what time to arrive. Now we wait. I have a small list of things to do the night before (move paper towels and other necessities down low, buy easy foods, packet bag of drugs and other things I need to take with me). Currently sitting with a foot masque for a relaxing break from today’s productivity, before continuing my way down my list.
Happy Sunday, ladies! Post-op ladies, hope you’re dropping, fluffing and healing beautifully!
