Hello ladyfriends! It has been a while!
Hi girls! Apologies for the large gap in update. Life has been pretty crazy since the last update.
I last saw Dr. Larsen in March 11. After six months, I had some concerns about my left implant sitting about 1” lower than the right. He suspected I may have some mild CC and suggested that I continue to “squeeze the hell out of it.” It could just be dropping more slowly.
I am a stomach sleeper and sleep to where my face turns to my right so I was sleeping with most of the pressure on my left breast. In addition to lying on the floor on my breast (as suggested by Dr. Larsen), foam rolling it and squeezing, I also started sleeping with a book under righty to apply pressure. It seems to be working! It’s getting softer and sitting lower than it was.
I”m loving these glorious melons and pretty disappointed that there may not be a pool season this year (I live in an apartment— oof social distancing). Very happy that I will still be able to wear some of my favorite sundresses (I was a bit worried) AND WITHOUT A BRA! The dual lining hides my nips and piercings. I can go out without a bra and not look like a little boy!
Also, I’ve been using Sientra Biocorenum on my scars since December. They’re fading pretty well!

It’s been a while
Hi ladies! Apologies for going MIA! I have a TON of progress photos, but wanted to at least post a quickie “now” set of them.
I’m 10 weeks in and dropping and fluffing nicely! I feel like one sits ever so slightly lower than the other, but I think I only notice because I live with them. Overall I’m feeling pretty good. I still have moments where I think “well they’re not THAT big... until you put them in a bra”. I was surprised that it doesn’t seem like I have a whole lot of cleavage— until my partner pointed out that I dress so conservatively that I don’t actually give my cleavage the opportunity to shine— ha!!
THEY ARE FINALLY BOUNCING!!!!!!!! I’m super stoked about that.
I had to return/sell a bunch of bras I bought before the surgery because I bought VS smalls, which only support up to a 32D— and I ended up a 32DDD!!!
Getting back into my fitness routine has been extra difficult, as we were traveling and work has been nuts-o.
It feels good to feel like a real, adult, woman. I don’t ever feel like I look like a 12 year old boy anymore. One day I saw a stranger notice my bouncy girls and I was somehow appalled and flattered at the same time.
That’s all for now! I’ll circle back with recovery/progress photos. The main hold on that has been that I sign in to update, try to upload photos and then I’m reminded that they need to be squared ??????.

One week update photos
Here we are a week in (photos from yesterday). My PS says everything looks and feels good. Between being unable to workout and bloating from “shark week”, I’m feeling a bit gross— but now I have cleavage to smile about! The tape will come off my incisions net week so that I can start putting Mederma on them. The bit of boob greed I had is subsiding, as they are settling in and looking better.
I had a bit of discomfort from “normal” clothes the last couple of days, so my boss has sent me home where I can work in comfortable clothes. I did take pain meds yesterday I’m feeling pretty good and haven’t taken anything (not even Tylenol!).
All is well!
