9 months post operation (10/2019), feel great, wish I’d gone a little bigger but they feel like they are a part of me. Very natural fall, and I can dress them up or play them down depending on how I feel. Worth it!

Over the muscle, 9 months post op, still very happy with results. Sometimes wish I’d gone a bit bigger, as I loved the way they looked right after surgery. Feel as if they’ve always been a part of me! Happy to share feedback/advice on the process.

5 months after BA. 135 pounds, 5’6”, breastfed two children, lost over 50 pounds, went over the muscle, 525cc. Still very happy with my results! Dr. Rottler and his staff is amazing! Scars are nearly gone.

They look so wonderful. Are they settled in place? Happy with the sizing? Would you have gone smaller? Or wish you had gone a touch bigger? A lot bigger? Did you take a side shot? Was it done in arm pit or in crease? Do you think it was less pain over the muscle? Did you consider under the muscle? Why silicone over saline? Were both filled to 525cc?
Thank you! I think the size is just right. Some days I wish I had gone a little bigger but, with this size, it doesn't look "obvious" I had a BA unless I wear certain bras or shirts or play up the cleavage. It was done under the crease, both 525cc and over the muscle because I had enough breast tissue to start with and had no need for a lift. Silicone, in my research, feels more natural--and they certainly move and feel completely like they are a part of me. Over the muscle recovery is a lot quicker. Surgery on a Thursday and back to work on Monday!
Hi again, my biggest fear in sizing going through all the time and effort, expense and pain and then only being 80% happy with the size. I see so many wishing they would have gone bigger, you say some days you wish you would have gone bigger, how many more cc's ? Like 100 or 150 cc larger? Or even more? I get the fact that you can play the girls up at any point. Has anyone ( besides family) even noticed that you have changed a little on top?
