Posting an update over a year (1 year 4 months) after my over the muscle Ideal saline implants. It feels like I’ve always had them, I love them and I am fitting into all kinds of outfits I couldn’t wear before. Depending on the bra, i can get an extreme push-up effect which from the side will look more bubble-y and fake (see blue bathing suit), but with regular bras it looks much more natural. and from straight on it all looks awesome. I love them and hope this helps others decide!

6 week update, progress pics

a couple progress pics. hard to notice the little changes and to keep patience during the healing process, but taking weekly pictures really helps to prove that you’re evolving every week!
biggest change I’ve noticed was at week 5 a HUGE difference in softness - I was lowkey worried I’d be firm forever because I was so flat chested before with no real tissue and tight skin, but they softened dramatically around that time and my skin has lost its shine from being stretched. Never got stretch marks. One thing to note is I did moisturize daily, so that might have helped prevent stretch marks. I used CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion after showers.
My previous asymmetry still shows a bit, size i think is corrected but shape/position is still slightly asymmetric- but that’s to be expected and tbh I don’t mind it or notice really!
The girls feel like they’ve always been there, sometimes I think they’re actually small but then I remember how I started and yeah, there’s definitely a size improvement haha. I’m just really comfortable with them and love them so much! Boyfriend loves them too, hence the extra emoji sensoring in the last pic LOL

So natural and a great fit for your body.
I think over the muscle is so under rated, it gives the most natural look and also when any revision is needed the surgery is so much simpler. Some surgeons are now choosing to only do overs after years of doing under, for these reasons. Also the surgeons that only do under is because sometimes that’s all they have been trained to do.

I'm also looking to do overs because of lifting and overall active lifestyle- yours look amazing!!! Have you been back to the gym or yoga?

You look great!! I agree over the muscle is way underrated I had them over the muscle quite a few years ago had them removed when I was trying to get pregnant but they looked way more natural than under the muscle. I’m getting them redone in April can’t wait! Post update if you can

Can you post new photos please? Your my wish look like. I really like your size I’m hoping to achieve it I just wonder now how they have dropped and fluffed a few months later

Tried on a few varying sizes to see what feels best, and I realized I’ve been wearing a too large band size all these years lol. I would wear 32 always on the tightest hook and didn’t think anything of it, but I just tried on a 30 and it feels so much more secure.
Here I am in a 30D! Sister size is 32C, which also fits me but not as perfect as a 30D! I just love saying I’m a D cup now :P hahaha

They look amazing I love seeing over the muscle …I want mine done badly but terrified of breast implants illness and I won’t have money to remove them
