7mo post implant exchange!
Hello to anyone reading this. So it’s been around 7 months since I got my second BA. If you look at my other updates you’ll see why! As for the healing process bc I got smaller implants it was such a breeze and I was up and running right away. (Not actually running LOL). They have slowly dropped a little in the last months and over all I am a lot happier. There are some things that I would like to say though.
1. I love the look so much more of the low profile implants and I am so thankful I decided to go through with it.
2. With the low profile implant on my right boob I now have mild ripples in the center (the lower the profile the more likely rippling will happen and I’m also pretty petite and don’t have a lot of fat) this is what my dr says at least. I do think there is a slight issue with my pocket he made under my muscle because it is a little more in the center, and also I still have numbness and occasional pain.
3. They feel a lot more real and move a lot better too.
4. I’m going to get them done again one day.. and if you’re about to go through with a BA.. don’t get under the breast scars. Find a dr that is able to do it through the armpit bc these scars are not the best.
But ya, overall again I’m happy!!! I’ll show some update pics.

Implant exchange went well!!
So I went though with my surgery and got it done June 23rd. Its crazy to think this time last year I got my first BA. I switched out my 350 and 375cc high profile implants and went this time with 275 and 300cc Moderate classic. I'm so beyond happy and its only the first day of healing. Everyone of his staff including Dr. C were so nice and helpful with this journey. Only concern at this point is because my implants are wider I can feel my implant a little in my right boob. Hopefully time will let it stretch out and it won't be too noticeable. I think its hard to see unless you really look anyway. Over all I am so much happier, and I think that this was the right choice. I didn't spend 7k to wear big t shirts that covered my boobs.
Year update/ having a revision
So I decided to go forward with a revision. I don’t really know what I updated with last time but I’ve been unhappy with the projection and how my breasts are sitting due to way to much fullness on the top which leads to my nipples pointing down. I have 350/375 cc high profile implants and first off, I went a little too big (I heard go bigger or else you’ll have boob greed.. not true always listen to your gut!!) and I also just am too small framed and thin skinned that the implant just sticks out like a round rock on my chest. I’m went for a pre op appointment, and seems like I’m going to either go to 300cc moderate plus, or 275 moderate classic. I’m so worried they will be too small, and worried because my boobs are so round and outwards that they will look soooo different. But I literally always say to people I wish my boobs were more pancakey. Like more natural.. any suggestions?? I’m going to post a pic of the implant options the one on the right is the one currently in me.. they all look a lot better and not so high and full!
